There were clear coat drips everywhere and dents still on the doors and roof. In some places looks like they just sanded down the old paint and didn't retouch the paint. We had to send his truck back four times as the truck was still not fixed. This morning they said it was ready and its like they didn't even touch the outside of the truck since the last time we sent it back a month ago. We have given up with them and given them chance after chance but we will not be paying for a truck while it sits in a shop for 8 months.

My husband keeps his truck immaculate. Here we are 6 months post initial contact and we are still waiting on Wesley. And now he won't even respond or return my husband's text or calls. Go somewhere else. Trust me.

He had a fast reply after I inquired about a mobile mechanic here last Monday. Stayed in contact but was forgetful even with text messages. Flexible hours. I paid for my parts ahead of visit. That was my decision. He offered to pick one up. He was very quick replacing the alternator and knowledgeable. After replacing alternator we discovered that we needed a new battery. He offered to pick it up. I chose to buy the battery online and then had it brought to the car for us (I'm under doctors orders to not lift anything over 5 pounds or else I would have done the entire repair). We agreed that he would return to replace the battery for me. I texted him telling him we received the battery and we are ready for him when he's done with a quick fix on the next all. Well, he never showed up! There goes his Yelp rating and recommendation.

The tow truck driver, Zach, was friendly and professional and had our car towed in no time. Our car was, unfortunately, un-drivable so we got a rental to return home. Then the rental got a flat on the highway and we were stranded in the middle of nowhere! We called the rental agency and they sent roadside assistance and who shows up? Holcomb's Transport & Recovery! This time the driver was a real nice guy named Chauncey and he had our tire changed and had us on the road in a matter of minutes.
