Months (December 19th - April 13th) go on where I continued to bring them the truck with no loaner or other vehicle to use and they'd keep it for a week then tell me to come pick it up just for the check engine light to turn back on as soon as I got home then bring it back for another week and continue this process for months. When I asked to go else where they didn't want to unless I was paying out of pocket. Which not having your personal vehicle for months will cost you money, time and in my case my job. They finally gave me a refund April 13th but I'm still waiting to see if it goes through or not. The only reason why I know it was an after market part is because I took my truck to Victory Layne and they told me. Always go with a NAPA certified shop .They charged me, I mean, they attempted to charge me almost…read more$400 to put a $70 power steering pump on a pick up truck. And they gave it back to me leaking. After three attempts to get it fixed which they made me wait several days for each appointment. I fixed it myself and demanded a return of my money. If you can't change that power steering pump out in less than 30 minutes, it's an easy job if you've done it before you can do it in less than 10.
