After first week they said head was cracked. Ordered new head (Only took 3 days to get it there), truck was in their shop 7 weeks to replace a head that was supposedly about 48 hrs. labor!! Last issue was they were dealing with getting it timed. They finally called and said it was ready, truck was running horribly. Took it straight to the International dealer about 2 miles away. The repair cost to replace the camshafts and gears that were damaged due to not being installed properly was almost $10,000.00. This is after the over $7000.00 (just in labor) they charged to fix it incorrectly!! BEWARE!!!

He could not adjust my clutch due to rusted linkage. They billed me $240 to adjust my clutch. After talking to them they adjusted it to an $85 charge. A couple days later the mechanic called me back with an estimate for further work and I asked him about the clutch. He told me he didn't do anything and had told them at the shop, He said don't pay that bill and he would talk to the manager. I got a past due bill now with the $85 charge still on the bill. I am already paying $344 for a fuel filter and oil change and some fees. I called and got ahold of Austin, short of the story, if they looked at it I should be happy that they reduced that from $240 to $85, sorry, not happy at all.

No matter how many times I unsubscribe they will not stop blasting me with text messages and emails. This sounds like something, an elderly person might struggle with, however I am very tech fluent and I cannot get them to stop. I know it's a business model, but it's also very unprofessional and a rather slimy tactic. If you thought, Temu or Amazon was bad with promotional ads these guys take it to another level. Beware.

I purchased ALL PARTS NEED EVEN 2gal CONCENTRATED ANTI FREEZE for water pump & thermostat replacement. (Which they didn't replace all pairs with the new pairs I bought for the car, according to multiple shops used pairs were placed on my vehicle) I had to buy fill my car with (3) 2 qts of transmission fluid after leaving the shop. I paid them Thank you so much they told me it needed 3qt of transmission fluid. The car was still running hot not even 5 minutes up the road they told me I had to run my AC on to keep it from over heating! SMH. I They didn't replace the thermostat at all. They told me I didn't needed. I called/ texted same day next trying to get them to correct it but they response stopped when I went with a male so they could explain what happened to the pairs I gave bought the owner Zen was very rude & argumentative & defensive, threatening to kick us out of his office after we caught him in a lie. I should have called the police. I didn't because my son said he was ok & did won't my son to be angry. I told them to put all of old parts on the floor @ passenger front seat & they didn't. I trusted them because of my son & thought I could work things out with them but when I tried to talk to Zen he had a really nasty attitude at the start of the conversation very after I told him we didn't come to argue. I was disappointed because I had plan to use this shop for towing & auto service for both of my cars & had even referred 2 others. Thank god they didn't go. Zen & his wife were friendly at start. Zen even accused me of trying to get charity work but I messaged him multiple times & asked him for the price for both parts to be replaced on my car but he never replied with the full amount. I didn't asked for any type of charity work nor save me money. I only wanted my vehicle repaired so I could drive it with a peace of mine & not have to drive with the AC on to keep it from overheating.
