I have a warranty with my car so I took it to the dealership. Sure enough I needed a gasket seal replaced. Since my very first visit with them they've always greeted me and others with a smile and great attitude. They explain everything in detail sometimes with visual aids. If there's something that needs to be done, they offer to provide a service quote and leave it at that. They never pressure me into making an appointment or anything which I love! Keep in mind when reading these reviews that most people will only take the time to write one when something goes wrong. This service center is brand new and its employees always look presentable. I love the fact that there's also a female technician. So far I have absolutely no complaints and will be headed that way to get my brakes serviced. I thought they were all done because again at this point I'd been waiting for about 45 minutes. Nope. Apparently that whole time they had been doing a full inspection on my car. Why? NO IDEA! ALL I WANTED WAS MY TIRES ROTATED. Did I click inspection on the online booking? NO I DID NOT. So with 45 minutes wasted I told them that NO I did not want them to get started on the suggested services they told me they would recommend based on their inspection. Then I had to wait an extra 15 minutes more for them to actually do the service I wanted and came in for. Thanks for wasting my time. ALSO I leave and get about 3 miles down the road and my tire pressure light comes on. Wth???? So only go here in a desperate situation or if you're looking to get random unwanted up charges and inspections you didn't ask for! Never coming back. Oh also, they let a bunch of air out of my tires. My tires were supposed to be at 51 psi and they let so much air out that all of my tires are now at 35psi. So not only did they waste my time there but now I have to go out of my way to go somewhere else to get my tires filled back up. I think a group of toddlers could've done a better job.
