Directly following the service appointment the car began to blow white smoke out of the tail pipe. At first we thought it was simply oil burning off, but in the following days it only got worse. I had the car towed for an inspection on Thursday of the same week and the mechanic there confirmed that the oil in the car was dirty and very low. He was unable to see any obvious leaks and determined the issue was from oil starvation. The car now needs a complete engine teardown, and possibly a transmission teardown with a quote of $20,000. Upon arrival I was told they in fact did not have 2/6 showing in stock; however the lady at the store front called the danforth location in Edmond on my behalf. Made an appointment for me and confirmed with them they indeed had my selected tire available. When I arrived 32 minutes before my appointment the lady at the front said even though there 1 car in the WHOLE SHOP I had to wait til my appointment time. I waited; pulled back up at the allotted time and was then told they did not have the tire. I asked them to double check because I was told prior to driving here that they did in fact have it and was shown the tire as an option for today's service. The older man came over with attitude and stormed off to look briefly after arguing with me and talking over me. I was then asked if I wanted to chose a different tire that would've been almost double the price. Please update your inventory at all locations and please hire people that aren't rude or easily irritated by having to do their job.
