We checked in, gave our keys and let them know we'd be waiting but the kids and I were going to walk down to Dollar Tree and shop a little to kill some time. By the time we got back (35 min or so) they were all ready pulling our van in and in no time flat they had my van all repaired. The service counter gal was super sweet. My youngest along for the day happens to have Down Syndrome and sometimes is challenging to understand. She asked me for water and the gal behind the counter over heard and quickly offered an ice cold bottle of water. After this it buoyed my daughters confidence to ask her to use the ladies room which the gal gladly showed her to.... she was so sweet.
