They never gave me a copy of the buyers guide (but I was able to request the one they sent my bank) and after I got a lawyer they tried to alter the buyers guide to try to cover themselves. I definitely have no complaints about price as pricing is difficult with vehicles. Different dealerships have different amounts of money wrapped up in seemingly the same vehicle, mostly when we're talking used vehicles. Looking at the numbers of all my interests, I saved about $6500 dollars compared to other places. I'm not saying anyone would have this same savings, but that was my experience. I almost paid 2.7K more the day before for the same truck but with a 5 1/2 foot bed compared to 6 1/2 bed I ultimately purchased and really wanted. I can't think of anything that went slightly off to give them less than a 5 star rating for my first experience at this dealership.

Sales guy was great about being careful to only look at cars in my price range and we found something I liked but had to wait a few days until my husband could see it. In the day between, the car was taken off the website so we assumed it was sold. Sales guy called the next morning to say he'd found an amazing car in our price range. We took it for a drive, loved it, but when he went back to get the paperwork, he returned without it and told us they had changed the price from $23k to $37k! Then he said the original car we had liked was actually still available even though it had been taken off the website. My husband didn't like it but their closer/finance manager came out, sat down, and tried to get us to buy it anyway. We had a trade and he REFUSED to tell us what they would give us, saying "it depends on what car we choose to buy". After my husband, mother-in-law, and I each asked twice, he finally told me "I just looked it up on KBB and the trade-in was barely worth $400. HUNDRED! I knew perfectly well what my car was worth since I'd researched KBB, CarFax, and Experian car values and all those were WELL into the thousands! He continued to tell me it wasn't worth anything and no other dealer would give me a price as good as this and they would give us a great deal on the car we didn't want. In the end we had to literally get up and walk out. No reputable dealer lists a car for one price and then raises the price by over $10k "AFTER THE SAFETY INSPECTION", and they also don't try to scam you out of thousands of dollars in trade-in value! The first time I went to them was for an underbody coating for my Lexus. Service seemed ok until I…read moredid my oil change and noticed the underbody coating overspray all over the engine. I thought it was an oil leak until I wiped it down. They didn't bother to tape up areas that didn't need the undercoating. I recently took my truck to get an alignment there. I explained the front wheels with a positive camber setting and asked for them to correct it. They called me twice and I explained that was what I wanted corrected along with the toe settings. I pick up the truck and the camber settings weren't corrected and was advised some trucks can't be adjusted. Mind you, I just replaced the front and rear shocks on the truck myself the prior week so I know where the camber adjustments are. I drove the truck for two days and called them back and explained the issue wasn't resolved and explained that just because the settings show green and within the tolerances, doesn't mean it's ok. Seems they entered in alignment data close enough to where the tolerances would be green just to finish the job early and still get the flat rate. They didn't seem to want to correct the camber so I just said thank you and I will find someone else to fix the problem. Nice job guys! I won't be returning for further services nor will I be recommending your services to others.
