I'm going to start off saying we have been a customer for years. We have loved having the convenience of the car wash and have been a happy customer for years. In July, our brand new Denali HD Longbed got damaged in the touchless wash. Stupid me for taking a brand new truck to a touchless car wash, but wanted to knock the dust off before our wedding. I didn't stop when the wash said to stop and I know or thought I was a few inches too far forward, so I backed up a few inches. Long story short, the wash scratched up the tailgate. Blame is on me. I just wanted a simple phone call to talk to someone about what happened and to have a cordial conversation. Instead, I asked in person 3 times following the incident for a phone call. No phone call over 4 weeks later. I sent in an email inquiring, and the response was pure blame on me and basically calling it unfortunate. Great customer service. I was never going to ask for them to fix anything, but as a result of their terrible customer service, I'll be cancelling our membership. Damage was minor. Scuffed the black plastic, scuffed the white paint around it, and scratched the GMC emblem. Just know that the wash takes ONE snapshot of your vehicle when you stop and doesn't bother to check ever again. Lesson learned. read more

That the end product is free of dirt and grime. Spent $38 , pre soaked, brushed, rinsed, wax, rinse, clear coat protectant, rinsed should have left an extremely cleaned finish. So tell me why my towel was dirty after drying? Brushed my tires and they look like I didn't touch them. When I pulled out of the bay into the sun all I saw was a film of dirt/grime. Had to run a towel over entire truck to make it look like I just washed it. Ridiculous and over priced. read more

Auto spa sucks! I will NEVER understand WHY they cannot, nor will not, pre scrub the plastic piece that separates the front and rear doors. Their over priced car wash does NOT clean this area. Unfortunately, they are the only show in town for automatic car wash. The answer I get is "it's against company policy to scrub that area". WHY????? Makes not earthly amount of sense to me. I'm all about things that make sense. This does not. They just suck. read more

This was the best car wash I've ever been too. I honestly might not ever go back to washing my vehicles again. And the staff were very friendly, especially Faith. She made everything so easy. I don't have any pull at all, but I would give her a raise. read more

As a monthly subscriber the system failed my payment over and over. When I reached out I was told I would need a new payment card added. So I added a new card. When I replied I told Jesse if that didn't work I was done. So... He canceled me. read more

On November 1st I went to the Auto Spa Central Washington Wash off Main St in Ellensburg WA and had a nightmare experience as I left with a white chalky residue all over my car as well as lost a significant amount of paint from the automatic touch car wash. To preface this; I have never written a review for any company before, let alone a bad review. I have scuff marks from the equipment rubbing on the front of my hood, chips of paint missing EVERYWHERE, all over the vehicle, and what looks and feels to be like part of the blue equipment from their car wash stuck in the back passenger wheel well. To make matters worse; I had not even owned this car for 24 hours and am 100% certain that the damage was not there beforehand and have pictures of before even the seller/detailer got its hands on the vehicle. I did reach out and contact the business, and they have been extremely unhelpful and have been intentionally avoiding any contact with me to discuss the situation further. I went back to the car wash immediately after I got home and saw the damage, I returned within 25 minutes of going through the wash and was told there was no manager on duty; I later talked to a manager that night via phone who pretty much denied that their equipment is capable of causing such damage and blamed the dealer I bought the car from - which I can prove is not true. Since then, I have left voice messages on 11/2 and 11/6 with no response and will most likely be contacting an attorney to take the company to small claims court for the cost of recommended repairs. What baffles me the most is the lack of understanding that this damage was obviously caused by their equipment, brushes, soap or even by residue left behind from another vehicle. I have taken the car to be looked at by a handful of professionals and received a estimate and guesses as to how the paint was damaged; I have also found other reviews of an individual complaining about a white residue from their soap being left on their vehicle/damaging their windows which looks similar to mine when its smeared; additionally there is a small bit of their equipment stuck on my vehicle which had been refused to be addressed by their team. Personally even with having good experiences with them in the past I would not risk this happening to my vehicle a second or third time nor would I recommend this place to anyone as it is their job to ensure their car wash is safe for all customers to use and they have failed to do so. Saying this is extremely inconvenient for me as auto spa is the only car wash in Ellensburg WA but this experience will prevent me from ever using this businesses services again. All the white specks in the photos are missing paint, mainly from the top and front of the car and some on the side where the brushes brushed up on the vehicle. read more

Don't use autospa! Attendant turned away while guiding me thru car wash and my car came out with a 6 inch gash in tire. Had to have car towed to Les Schwab. Owners have refused to pay for damage. Very expensive & frustrating situation where owners have refused to take responsibility read more

It was a great experience and they were so nice and helpful. Wasn't busy when we were there in the morning and they were professional.

I recommend going when an attendant is on duty. You get free dash wipes and a drying towel. You can also ask them to prep your car before you go in. There's 4 self service bays that take credit card, cash, or quarters, and there's 2 automatic bays that'll do the same. read more

This car was has always done a excellent job of cleaning my car. I personally do not trust soft touch car washes but these ones do not scratch my car. I drive a black car and it looks great still. I have used their touch less wash as well and also had the same great results read more

Location is convenient but I wish they would wash out the stalls. Always very dirty full of horse/cow poop. Pretty disgusting and it could be fixed if they would clean on a regular basis during the day. read more

Very different car wash than what I'm used to. The attendants were very friendly and scrub the front and back of the vehicle before we started. The only thing that could be added is if they did some hand drying. Did a nice job. However I paid the extra fee for the Wheel Wash and such and it is did not do that good of a job. I would just get the basic wash if I came back. read more

The air fresheners dispensers steal your money and don't dispense any air fresheners. No sign to indicate they were out of order either. Can't imagine how many people they've scammed, it definitely adds up. read more

Move this car wash in Ellensburg. I prefer the one on Water St, but the one on Main is great to. Love the soft touch and touch less options. Need stronger vacuums. read more

Tried to use the card machine but before I could even spray water it said have a good day and charged my account 4 dollars. Even though it says the minimum is 2, and tells you they are only going to charge 2. Don't use your card here, they make it hard to use because they want your money without giving you any product. Do not come here, I suggest a hose and a bucket of soap instead. read more

Have used Auto Spa several times in the past. Recently I was taking my Honda Ridgeline through when somehow the roller caught in seam and broke off the brake light panel above the rear windshield. The attendant was polite and helpful. He immediately took pictures and gave me a phone number and email to contact. The young lady I spoke with was very polite and helpful. She had already received pictures from the attendant. She called the next week to keep me posted about progress on my claim. Within about 3 weeks I had received a check for the full $450.00 cost to replace. Everyone I dealt with was polite, professional and helpful. Next time BRUSHLESS! read more
