This place is permanently closed now. Too bad because it was a great place to have your vehicle quick washed or detailed.

They should probably add a clause they close if the weather isn't looking great. Just unpredictable for customers. I really needed an inside detail because my manager is doing a ride along with me tomorrow and they closed shop at 2:50 vs 6 pm. This used to be my go to place. It has been declining for awhile but today was it. Drove down drown from Leavenworth by 4, the guy told be they were closed and this was the last car, indicating the white SUV pulled up. Online says 5pm. My husband had followed me in his truck so we could run errands, so that was great wasting gas. The website says nothing about stopping early. If you want to do that, great, but be clear. As I pulled out, that white SUV still dirty pulled out to, with the employee in it. "The car" that was "the last" was BS and was his ride, and who knows how many people he told that to. The wash bays were magically empty. Again, update your website and explain your stupid workflow. read more

I've been coming here for multiple years and the few times I've taken my car to get washed it's been subpar. Not sure if they don't care anymore but my car looks like all they did was wipe my car down with a clothe and I had purchased the ultimate car wash. Have been going for years. Never again. Lost my business today. After waiting way too long , went out back to see the holdup. My truck was running unattended with the door open. There was black oily dirt all over it that definitely wasn't there before. The inside was supposedly done with dust over many of the interior surfaces. Had to demand a refund. Absolutely no respect for our vehicle. Very disappointed and will not return. read more

The only reason I'm giving three stars is because they fixed what they missed. Got my truck washed and they pulled it around. The driver side looked great so I didn't do a walk around. Got to my next destination, saw the passenger side and that point realized that Ray Charles must have washed it. There was literally cow shit still plastered to the side of my truck from driving through some a while ago. I distinctly asked them to remove the bugs and cow shit! Unbelievable how they missed that. I went back and it took them 30 min to fix it! Never going back there and I suggest you don't either. read more

Amazing service, my Jeep was a mess after a long road trip with the kids. Went to Easy Auto Wash and they cleaned it inside and out way better than I expected. It was spotless, looked great and smelled wonderful. Cozy waiting area to watch your car go through. I believe there are new owners. I have gone here for about 7 years. I have usually been happy with the results. The past year their prices have gone up and their service quality has gone way down. I went today, I was there for a 35-40 minutes,(usually exterior wash takes 10 minutes) , I watched four other cars that came after me get cleaned, dried and leave. I had to ask the people behind the counter what was happening, and nobody knew what was going on. I went back outside to find my car parked and forgotten about. I asked for a refund, and the young lady behind the counter didn't even apologize. Actually she didn't even say a word. They have lost my business for life. Too bad read more

Easy's offers a variety of car wash options I usually opt for the outside wash with inside cleaning. They clean the windows inside and out plus wipe the dashboard, door panel, mats, choice of car scents plus vacuum, I like the hand towel dry afterwards. Depending on the time of day the wait is short I grab a cup of coffee while I wait wait. I own a Chevrolet 3500/dually and Eeasy Wash has been great every time I've have been in. Took my truck in for a wash last week and what a racket! $25 for a wash and vacuum and did not get what I was sold. Also had to pay $3 extra because there were bugs on it. No tire shine, dirty areas all over on the exterior, soap not rinsed and was left to dry by the hand dry person. Dropped my truck off and came back an hour later, still not done. At some point during the wash, something hit my side mirror and chipped a huge piece of paint off. I showed the employee drying it and he accused me of bringing it in that way. Manager Armando was notified and his comment was "well, it's not broken". Are you kidding me! How about I kick a dent in your door buddy, hey, it not broken right? I left my info for the owner Bob Hildebrand to contact me. Guess what? NO RESPONSE. $30 for a kick in the groin, and chipped paint? No, thanks. Not getting my money again. read more

Great car wash -- usually a wait -- so be prepared. Bring cash for tipping -- cashier usually has no cash on hand but they take debit/credit cards. I love the lemon scent they use inside the car! The car looks as good as new when they're done with it -- we always get a wash after the long drive to get here from Sea-Tac (...to wash off the BUGS on the windshield!) read more

Wish I had pics to show how bad my rig was, three teens had driven (and abused) it for the last five years! I wrestled it back for me to drive so wasn't sure the beast could ever be tamed back to yesteryear but Easy Auto Wash took it out of my hands and returned it (after a full day of toil) looking ready to have surgery performed in it.
