I made $3.00 in copies and expected to pay with my business card. I ended up having to pay $5.00 because that's the policy and since I didn't have time to shop for a $2.00 item, I was just out of luck. As a small business owner myself, I'm aware of the cost of doing business. This policy is simply an inconvenience that I don't have time for. Next time I'll head to Staples where the copiers are equipped with credit card payment options.

The lady working was very curt with me and didn't seem to care that I needed to get his meds to him quickly. She offered me the overnight pricing and said she had no specific time for delivery.
