With jumps of $4-6 to the next tier of wash, the prices are honestly outrageous compared to other local car washes, touchless and otherwise. The JFK location is horrible! I am finally doing a review after contemplating it so many times when I have come here to get a wash and seeing so many stations "Out Of Order" but today was the final straw when 3 of the 5 stations are completely out of order. 1 of the 2 automatics and 2 of the 3 self wash stations completely down. This is not abnormal for this location. After the raising of membership fees and cutting down the amount of time we get it's disappointing seeing this. They frequently have one of automatic wash bays out of service. If you have 30 min to wait around it's great. If you don't, try something else. I keep track of how often one of the washes is out of order and it's about one in every four trips. The lines become long even at non peak hours. Price has increased by $4 to $18 - a high price to pay when the car is not clean. I wiped down one little spot when I got home and the rag was black. Other areas such as rear bumper were also not clean nor was the car effectively dried. Also, the printed receipt was blank, so clearly the machine is not checked to ensure ink is available. I was seeking a good car wash for my new vehicle, but this does not seem to be the right place to go. read more

No dryer at the end... my car is soaking wet and it told me to drive out and nothing was blowing to dry the car off.

One or both of the wash bays is out of order more than it is not. I would choose a different monthly wash service if I had a different option that was close. The code won't work at their other location and no one answers the phone at customer service. read more

Curious about if the touchless has ever done damage to a car? I can say that it has, sadly. Let me start by saying I used Autowash for over a year and didn't have issues. I have a very small sports car with no attachments. I've read their signs. I've used the same option every single time I went. And I suggested it to people who started memberships that lived near by. However August 2020, the left bay of the "touchless" automatic wash inflicted minor damage into the bumper of my car, I heard and felt it. Now my view of their company has changed, not because of the incident itself, but because of their unwillingness to hear me out and own up to it. I felt and heard it (the arm that swings I believe). I looked up with my heart bounding (for current customers; no it wasn't the normal loud, disconcerting sounds it normally makes... As the lady on the phone passed it off as). I pull out of the wash and directly into one of their open bays to assess damage and call to leave a message. I went to check and see if they have camera's, they do... Inconveniently placed in two spots that are opposite of the damage. I sat for a bit, calming my nerves, assuming they'll be understanding and work with me; seeing what evidence I had, & that it would get fixed; Then thinking, after it was settled, I'd only use their self wash bays from there on and go about my life. Next day they kind of rudely deny fault, because they couldn't tell on their 2 camera's (probably meant more for protecting their business than catching minor malfunctions). I get it, it was a small & quick event, and it's hard to trust people in general, even if they are telling the truth. So, I ask to see footage, so I can pin point to them when and where I felt it happen. But alas, they can deny the request. I told them I have some other evidence / explanations (in hopes they were willing to be understanding if there was some kind of tangible evidence we could compare). But they shut me out and denied anything. I think the wash believes it hit my car, but they also know how this all works and what the insurance needs to pursue, they know they have the upper hand. Everyone I've talked to, & showed my files said my bits and pieces all logically point to the car wash and that they would be frustrated. To even have my insurance pursue, I had to pay out of pocket to fix the damage first, and there was no promises. The carwash won. And I'm out the money. Besides my misfortune, their touchless technology is, in my opinion, kind of a gimmick and a bit sketchy (I say this because it gets really close, and yet it doesn't clean any better than a normal touchless). However, I kept using it because it was close by, convenient, a decently clean facility, has space, decent pricing, and I had not heard of it hitting anyone's car.. Yet.. Then it hit mine. It's fallible technology and will ultimately fail at points through time. It's likely you will not expect it and have even less evidence than I had, and thought I was lucky to have. If you have a nice car, are part of the car community, or care about damage you could have prevented, don't chance the automatic touchless wash bays. It can work 1000 times but on the 1 time it doesn't, it might be your car and you'll then regret saying "well it hasn't happened to me"... Instead of just going to a less invasive car wash. Everyone will have a different customer service experience, but mine wasn't great obviously. However if claims of bad customer service and damage doesn't steer you away (I mean, if I'd gotten another representative, who knows, maybe they would have been more helpful and diligent), then I'm sure the rest of what they offer may be of use to you (self wash bays, dog wash, vacuums). They are a business with their good and bad, no better no worse. And I hope the best if you choose to use them or their automatic carwash. read more

AutoWash is a first class operation. Unlike the automatic car wash I used before, AutoWash is fully touchless. I have a BMW and a Porsche, so I am very particular how I wash them. If I have a problem their customer support is just a phone call away. I whole heartedly recommend AutoWash. read more

I do not recommend this wash. I purchased a wash while the person in front of me was going (the previous customers has done the same) and it didn't recognize my purchase when it was my turn. Had to buy two washes. I should have realized it wasn't a good place when the person in front of me took 20min to be recognized by the washes' sensor. read more

This was the worst auto car wash I have ever had the experience of going through. There were 4 choices- we chose this most expensive with the most features. ($17.00). I think I remember 4 passes of different "wash" cycles plus undercarriage. Took a total of about 8 minutes. When we exited to vacuum, the car was still completely filthy. The windshield still had the streak from my wipers and bug smears. The body of the car was grimy and hazy. The tire wells still had dirt and road grime. It didn't even look like we washed it at all. We had to pull around to the self service and pay AGAIN to do it ourselves in the wash bay. VERY DISAPPOINTED! read more

This car wash is awesome. I am a member where I pay $34.99 a month and can wash my car once a day, everyday if I chose to. You have your choice of washing your car yourself or using the automatic system. I usually choose the automatic system and my car is always squeaky clean when done. My monthly membership also allows me to use the vacuums and the pet washing station as well. The vacuums have a lot of suction and do a great job of picking things up. The automatic car wash doesn't use brushes or other items that touch your car., which I love. High pressure is all that's needed. Great deal for a great price! read more

Excellent value for your money, the touch free wash is very thorough and the company puts a lot of product in their wash so our cars are always nice and shiny. You can get your car cleaned every day for $35 a month which is less than chemicals if you did it yourself weekly. It's such a good value and so convenient. I get my car washed here every morning. No touch is the only way you should be washing your car.

Easy to use app. Great carwash services for the price. Fits my Raptor with no issue which can be hard to find. Dog wash is a great bonus as well. read more
