Awful experience! Asked if any dealers fees and was advised no. There was a $700 reconditioning fee and $180 electronic fee, I believe. Then, they add $1250 salesman commission to the price of the car. Every dealer I have ever bought from has the commission in with the price. When I laughed and said, forget it, Brandon asked if I would buy the car if the $1250 was removed. Very shady place. I'd stay away. I would give zero stars if that was a choice. read more

You definitely need to listen and get all the numbers straight because you never see that paperwork again, also unkept promises and agreements. Chelsea was my sales person. Flew from Detroit on the hardest day to fly. (All flights were grounded worldwide due to a technical issue) the car was described as "super clean" far from. Mechanically sound but soooo many dents and scrapes I'll have to put 2k into it to get to the status they said. In the process, the refused to put a full tank of gas until I complained and Scott filled it. Jeb is rude and underhanded and won't listen and just talk over you. Rude and shitty dealer that ghosts you and won't even pay $600 to fix the bumper and dents but they don't care and Chelsea is a ghosting and all descriptions are wrong. Stay the hell away. BUYERS BEWARE! The car was purchased online as I live on the other coast. It is a beautiful car on the outside. However when it was delivered to my home it was making a loud noise when going above 45 mph. I took it to my dealership and the following things were found critical. I will say there were a lot of things that were good as well. Obviously on a used car you expect things to be worn, but dirty fluids and air filters and BRAKES should be a standard replacement for a dealer. The safety issues are a must! Not safe things: The wheel bearings and drive belt. I feel these are inexcusable. My salesman Scott was great, he did a good job getting my car to me. The sales manager Jeff however not so polite, or understanding. He said I should have brought it to him even though I didn't think it would be safe, and to write my review, " I won't be the first or last to threaten him". My daughter "bought" a CR-V from this dealership on a Wednesday. On Monday she was told to bring the vehicle back because the loan company "changed their mind", in the words of the dealership. I understand that the dealership may be at no fault if the loan was not approved five days later. I'm not sure if they input information carelessly or not. HOWEVER, it is what happened as we brought the vehicle back. The employees were noticeably hostile and showed ZERO remorse for what happened. They offered in-house financing for almost FIVE THOUSAND additional dollars or for us to buy a different vehicle. They refused to discount the vehicle that she had already had for five days. We asked for them to at least hold the car for three days until I received funds from a personal loan that I was approved for while sitting at the dealership. They REFUSED. This was my daughter's first car purchase, and it was absolutely HORRENDOUS. I understand that the bank issue MAY have not been their fault, however their confrontational attitude and lack of any willingness to correct the situation was well within their control. Buyer beware this place is EXTREMELY SHADY. This was the most unprofessional place of business I have ever entered. I went in fully expecting to purchase one of two cars available. I hardly got to ask a question about seeing under the hood before the saleswoman stopped me to ask about financing and if I had planned on any. I said I would prefer to but I have 65k cash available it would be no problem if I had to pay cash and not finance. For the next several minutes she went on and on about how they couldn't provide financing for me. Not once did they run numbers or ask how much I make. It was a very uncomfortable experience almost the second I asked to see under the hood things went haywire. She would beat around the bush. Then she said she had another appointment and scurried away. Then she sent another sales person to the car and they finally opened the hood after I asked him twice and when he did he stood in front and held it open guarding my vision. Instead of just leaving the stand open so I can fully inspect. What I did see in the car was some of the worst corrosion I have ever seen on a car under 100k miles. This is a place of business with a lot to hide! I do not recommend anyone waste their time to even see the cars as they are in horrible shape under the hood. This is what I sent on FB messenger! I was told to call the dealership right then, so I did. I left a message because Jeb was in the other line. No return phone call. I sent a message again, asking for a return phone call. Nothing. Waited a day- still no phone call. I can't get anyone to call back. We bought a car for my son near the end of February. We were promised that the ABS pump would be replaced when the part came in. NO ONE has called us about the part. My husband called and left a message for the mechanic. We were also promised it had COLD air. The cold air lasted 1 week before it stopped. And we have already had to replace the power steering pump and windshield washer pump. I truly don't think your mechanic looked over this car as we were promised. We want the ABS pump replaced ASAP. It's been 1 1/2 months since we bought the car, and SO much has already gone wrong with it. I will definitely not be recommending this dealership. read more

I dont write reviews much but, it seems it's so easy to write bad reviews that I felt that I should write something positive about the good experience that I had. I had been shopping online for a used car in the $10,000 range. Autowise had a 2010 Honda CRV with 35,000 miles listed online for $13,000 and although it was more than I wanted to spend, 35,000 miles means several more years of driving. I drove two hours from Flagler Beach and was surprised to see the car was in perfect condition and the interior was like a brand new car. It belonged to a local driver who didn't use it much and traded it for something newer. Kevin was the sales man who met me in the parking lot and was very easy going to willing to show me around. The Honda was perfect but Kevin took a couple of hours to let me test drive several cars in difference price ranges that was closer to what I wanted to spend. I kept coming back to the Honda for the low mileage. Back in the office, Jeb, the business manager made me a great trade-in deal that I could not refuse. This got me within my spending range and we made the deal. Jeb is a real person and knows his business very well. I drove away knowing that I was treated fairly and given a fair deal on a used car that I know I will be driving for years to come. Looking back, Autowise had a car in each price range stepping up or down by $1000. each. Each car was clean and given a good tune-up by their in-house mechanic. I even spoke to the mechanic who was glad to offer his knowledge of the condition of each car. This is a solidly run business. Jeb and his partner Jeff know what they are doing. This is a "No Haggle" dealership. The price listed IS the price. However, you cannot find a used car dealer that is more customer centric than AutoWise. They are extremely proud of the quality of the inventory that they sell, and ENSURE full customer satisfaction. They insist that if ANYTHING goes wrong with the car, that you bring it to them first before doing anything else. I had an issue the day after I bought my Infinity Q37s hardtop convertible, where a significant rattle had developed. I brought it right back in, and their mechanic checked it right out and resolved the rattle by applying some petroleum jelly to the convertible joints. Worked perfectly! Also, I had not brought my checkbook with me (as I am used to doing everything by credit card), and Scott, my salesperson, followed me back to my home 40 minutes away, to get the check for the balance of the deposit; instead of me having to drive back. Very unprofessional sales manager. Was charged $88 for title transfer fee and $150 for registration fee. My registration was $9.10 and title transfer was $87.75. After a month I never received a check for the difference per the paperwork I signed. Talked to the sales manager who said their was the original title fee and an additional $88 title fee. I asked them to provide a proof of this and they state it's just something the state does. I tried to explain to him this was not correct and Jeff hung up on me. He needs to learn how the local fees actually work. How many other people have they scammed out of this money? I would not recommend this dealership to anyone I know. read more

Now after 30 days my son has NO CAR. Going to cost THOUSANDS of dollars to fix and they wont do anything.
