Unfortunately, I handed them a half broken key fob, which I forgot to tell them. As expected it broke after a test drive. When they called to notify me of what happened, I apologized profusely as it was MY fault. Now some of you may think, oh well, the key broke while in their possession, so it's their responsibility to fix it. I couldn't disagree more, however, they still took it upon themselves to get me a new key. Their rationale - I didn't need the added headache after all the trouble this car had already caused. Finally, the fourth time they charged me again and allowed me to drive off in a vehicle in such dangerous condition that the engine caught fire and resulted in total destruction. They took no responsibility and the manager laughed it off. Previously, during a consultation in the back shop with one of the mechanics, I witnessed the manager carelessly raising another vehicle on the rack right into a metal apparatus that damaged the roof.
