08/10/18 review Ms. D I purchased a set of tires for my SUV less than one year ago and two of the tires are defected the belts in the tires split which has caused the car to wobble when driving. I took my car back to Autoworks, they acknowledged the tires are defected, and stated they would contact the manufacturer about the warranty and contact me in a few days when they hear back from the manufacturer. Well, its been over a week now and no one is willing to assist and I'm referred to speak with Damon. When I purchased the tires I was informed of a warranty however, I was not told at the time of the purchase, it would ONLY be honored by the manufacturer not by Autoworks. So now I'm stuck with two defected tires and no assistance from Autoworks to resolve the problems, I keep getting the run around, and my phone calls to Damon are not answered. Frustrated and disappointed customer, never going there again. read more

Horrible customer service. My son went there to get his truck windows tinted. He asked them to match the other front side window. They did not inform him that to match it they would have to put illegal tint on it and he would not pass inspections. Months later when he tried to get it inspected he got rejected bc of tint. Went back to AutoWorks and they said they would pull it off but not replace it with legal tint so basically we paid for tint and had to have it pulled off. Basic human decency inform your customers what tint is illegal before you put it on. They were rude and not willing to work anything out. read more

utilized their tinting services and while they did have a good start as far as time management, being the first vehicle of the day, my day soured when I got the vehicle back. I buy and sell cars frequently (2 a year) and tint is a must on every one. This was my first and last time using them simply because of the state my vehicle was returned in. My truck was dropped off in near spotless condition and when I got back in. The first thing i noticed was who ever installed the tint did not clean up after themselves. water streaks all down the windshield and several pools of water in the door handles, pockets. I turned around to find the kids restraint seat taken out (understandable), but thrown across the back seat. The rear floor mats folded and ramed under the front seats covered in dirt and mud. The tint job alone had jagged edges, large bubbles on corners that had to be finished flattening out. and over lapping ends on trim preventing it from laying flat on the glass. Its needless to say this doesnt directly fall on the business itself, but the employee doing the install is all but subpar. I understand a vehicle is bound to get dirty when in a shop, but it should be understood to at least not leave a pool of water in every door pocket. The price paid does not support the finished product. read more

We had a severely bent rim on our 2006 Chevy Impala. Took it to these guys without a prescheduled appointment because we were losing air in the tire. In no time they had the rim and tire removed and they repaired it perfectly. Had us out in a flash. Fast and friendly service that we highly recommend. read more
