I…read morewas helped by Victor who is a knowledgeable and patient guy, after a couple of weeks deciding the best way forward I chose to pay out of my pocket instead of using the insurance. Victor asked me to drop off the car on Monday 12/07 and the next morning I got the first updates, they sent me a link with a bunch of photos and notes of what they did to that point. Another part was needed so this may have delayed the process by a day, so yesterday 12/10 I got a call from Victor saying that the car was going to be ready before the end of the day, around 2pm I got a text and a phone call from Yani saying that the car was ready. I checked the link and it was a new photo showing the car completed. When I arrived to pick up and pay I got a total of $1475 (which was shown in the last update received) but I had an estimate of $1030, I understand when you are working with insurance you send them a "preliminary work" and then you can add a few or several "supplemental" and the insurance usually pays them, but this money was coming out of my pocket, so I was definitely expecting the $1,030 figure or a little less... all in all Victor explained to me the extra work done and reduced a bit the final number. Conclusion: I'm a hard person to please type of guy, I believe they did a really good job, the 3 days to finish the work is appropriate and the way they kept me informed with calls and photos is top notch! I highly recommend them, just be open to pay a bit more than originally expected...

Jonathan worked on my 2010 X5 bmw a while back. he…read moregot it running, gave me the warnings and suggestions of what I should do with my vehicle in the near future. the quote I received for him to do the repairs were far better than any of the shops I had been to, and he came to me. 5 stars all day! what I really want to write my review about is, and I apologize I didn't do much sooner. after Jonathan tills me about my car and what I should probably do with it, I was still hoping for the best and went against better judgement. regardless, a few months later, I was having the issues he informed I may end up having soon. My daughter wanted to surprise me in Father's Day, with my car being fixed. she heard how highly I had spoken of him, and found his information without me knowing. This dude went far and beyond what I have ever experience with a mechanic or with people in Miami. without me knowing, my daughter snuck my keys to him and he worked on my car on FATHERS DAY, in the Miami Heat, for 3hrs. He changed several things on my vehicle, flushed the system, ran diagnostics and found the issue. However the issue wasn't something that couldn't be fixed in a day. He was disappointed he couldn't help my daughter with her surprise more. He tried not to charge her for his services, but she insisted on tipping him what she could. Jonathan, Im not sure if you remember me and I apologize this review was due a long time ago. Thank you so much for helping my daughter. Thank you for being an exceptional mechanic and person in Miami. Why this guy doesn't haven't 5 stars is beyond me. Anyone that has complained about his prices, you gotta be joking! what he did for my daughter and for me, hands down a winner all day long. I needed help, and I let him know I was on a tight budget.
