I found his business card at my local bank and called for an estimate and told him my situation and the cars noise he came to my house for a check up that same night and charged a normal amount for a check up and told me it was inner and outer tie rods but me having no knowledge with cars, he actually went to buy the parts and came back the next day to fix my car. The amount that he charged was honestly the cheapest amount out of all of the dealers and other mechanics I've called after he checked my car. Everybody else was charging me almost close to $1000 for this but I was curious to know if other dealers and other mechanics will charge the same or less. He also takes videos and pictures and shows you the before and after, so you can actually see the difference and you can see what been done to your car. He was very sweet and patient with me considering I kept asking questions. I believe the job took him an hour to an hour and a half to finish. After that, I actually called him once more because I was having another issue with my car and just like the first time he was very sweet and patient with me and he did charge me an amount that was doable for me. He ended up fixing my sway bar links and this time during the day.
