I called ahead of time explaining my car's issue, they said they do fix it and to bring it in. Upon driving 40 minutes to get there, I arrive and was told that it's $50 to connect the computer which took them 3 hours to do. They then called me and told me they do not fix the issue that I had because it's a transmission issue. I took my car to 2 transmission shops and 1 other mechanic and they confirmed that it is not the transmission and that it's working in bad faith and untrustworthy for mechanics to even charge to connect the computer. Again, I was fully taken advantage of. When I called the shop to get a refund, the owner YELLED at me at the top of his lungs. A man yelled at a woman! Not only are they scammers but they're aggressive. Save your time and money and go elsewhere!

J & D Towing picked up my SUV for Wheelzy, who I initially contacted to sell my truck to. They are…read morein Minnesota, and I am in Miami. They advertise that they pay CASH at the time of pick-up, and that was what I expected. However, on the day of pickup, I learned they would give me a check. I was not comfortable with that, and my attorney said don't do it. Since Wheezy offered $200 more than the last offer I had received, I decided to meet and look at the check. Wheezy said it was their corporate check but not a cashier's check. Long story short, I deposited my check remotely, and it was accepted by my bank, and everything went well. I deducted 1 star because the advertising is not true even though the check was good. But that was not J & D Towing's fault. Juan, the driver, did his job as he was instructed to do. He probably had the cash in his pocket anyway to save the deal. Wheelzy is a well organized company that is excellent at communication! They are fast, communicate well, and follow up well. J & D was also on target and did their job well. I would work with them again.

Mercedes…read moreAuto Center totaled my Mercedes due to their negligence during a storm while it was in their care. The sea water rose too high where they had my car parked and effectively flooded my car. What made it worse is that they waited until I had paid the full bill and handed me the keys before telling me it had flooded and claiming they wouldn't be involved with fixing it- that I would need to handle that myself. My entire electrical system was fried. My insurance deemed the car completely totaled. Following this, Mercedes Auto Center proceeded to lie to both my bank and insurance trying to claim it was due to a faulty sunroof and that I hadn't wanted it fixed. Thankfully my insurance had full proof that it was salt water that had caused the damage from the ground up and there was no issues with my sunroof. Please reconsider before using this Auto Center for your Mercedes- I have never received such terrible customer service from a business.
