I just moved to Alabama. I have to say, This Auto Zone has outstanding customer service and true friendly folks. I came in for wiper blades and was impressed by the level of service they showed not just to me, but to others. An employee had opened mail and there was a letter asking for a part to be mailed with a check for payment from an elderly couple that couldn't come in. A staff member volunteered to drive the part to them. It was refreshing to see people giving good customer service with kind hearts and compassion and service to their community. This Auto Zone will keep me as a customer! read more

They will remove your starter/alternator and bring it to us, then we will clean and repair your part and get it back at Graves for them to install the part again. I went up there and talked to the head mechanic and he told me that there was a price of $100…read morediagnostics to do that diagnostic test on any vehicle and I said OK and I brought my vehicle up there to get a diagnostics ran on my suspension system on my Dodge ram and then after they got done with the diagnostic test on my truck and without telling me, they charged me $180. on top of the $100. for just running a diagnostic and the truck is still messed up and they're gonna charge me $280 to look at my truck. I bought 2 tires for a utility trailer back in May of…read more2019, these tires may have 500 miles on them. 1 leaked down and as I am airing it back up the back side exploded, so the tire is ovouslly defective. The condescending manager tells me "you didn't buy the road hazard" I explained again that I was just putting air in the tire. Again she said I would have to have the road hazard. Undoubtedly Midas can take down negative reviews because this is not the first time I have had problems with them, never really expected them to do the right thing, just thought I would check and see if they may have leaned how to keep a customer. They haven't and I guess the owner doesn't care. That's fine I will never darken their door again. Please stay away from these people you will not be happy with any aspect of your visit. Clanton Tire and Automotive gave us the best price over the phone and the work was done quickly and efficiently. According to their owner, Saturdays are mostly reserved for oil changes, and tires. Big repairs have to be scheduled Monday - Friday. Their owner is Jay and the manager is Chris. Both of these guys will treat you right by being helpful and honest. This week we replaced our brakes and replaced a blown fuse - both big and small items. They will get you what you need in a timely fashion. The shop is older with a small waiting area and they have free wi-fi.
