I came in for wiper blades and was impressed by the level of service they showed not just to me, but to others. An employee had opened mail and there was a letter asking for a part to be mailed with a check for payment from an elderly couple that couldn't come in. A staff member volunteered to drive the part to them. It was refreshing to see people giving good customer service with kind hearts and compassion and service to their community. I went up there and talked to the head mechanic and he told me that there was a price of $100…read morediagnostics to do that diagnostic test on any vehicle and I said OK and I brought my vehicle up there to get a diagnostics ran on my suspension system on my Dodge ram and then after they got done with the diagnostic test on my truck and without telling me, they charged me $180. on top of the $100. for just running a diagnostic and the truck is still messed up and they're gonna charge me $280 to look at my truck. They wI'll not be used again by me or my family and friends.
