We never even attempted to put the part on because of this. He found the right size hose at a different auto parts store and we were just gonna return the one we bought from here today. Well they refused to issue the refund stating the hose looked used although he even offered to show them the pictures on his phone that it didn't fit. They stated we would have to come back, 20 min out the way, once the young lady who sold it was there so she could verify it although we had the receipt. The hose was only 9.79. Not even worth the gas money for a second trip.

My first experience was terrible, she was telling me I got the wrong things and recommended better items to buy so I took her advise. I found out later that she didn't know what the hell she was talking about and I wasted my time and money. I had to go to another store and get what I needed later that night. I just went to the store yesterday for a few things, I was in line for 20+ mins because she was taking forever to ring up the other customers talking and making recommendations. I put my items on the counter and she's asking what car I'm buying the coolant for, I tell her (even though I didn't want unwarranted advice from her). She questioned my decision and told me that I can return them if they are unopened. I ignored her, paid and took my receipt. She gives me my receipt and says something disrespectful and unnecessary under her breath as she walks away. This is unacceptable behavior, ring up my items and shut the hell up. I didn't ask for your advice. You sell auto parts, you don't fix cars. Just because I give you the make and model of my vehicle doesn't mean you know what my setup is. You don't know if I have the original motor or not. You don't know anything about me or my vehicle. I'll never go back again. They need to get rid of that tempermental asshole that thinks she knows anything about cars.

The cashier responds. If she was here by herself yes. But your here and you can do it. I just walked away. So I go pick up my wipers come back and pay for them and say I need you to install them. He rolls his eyes and say pull up in the fron. Me and fiance were in seperate cars so he goes to his car and starts to pull off and I bring my car to the front. The cashier comes outside and says and where is he going "Damn shame its no real mena left arond". He says this to me as if we were old friends. Well if that's the case , she should have been removed from the call immediately! She is rude, talks over you, continually saying " how can I help you, how can I help you" over and over when I'm telling her the part that I need. She has no idea what I'm looking for. I questioned the location because there's multiple numbers for this ABC auto parts. She's constantly saying Riverdale, Riverdale, Riverdale and I still couldn't verify the number and address so after eight minutes of rudeness and over talking me I requested to speak to someone else and was told that someone else would call me back. The call ended at 10:07. I'm sure no one will call me back and if they do, I would definitely update this review. She is not hard to identify so someone should be coaching her especially if they want business. I know most places feel you lose one and get another one. Eventually you'll end up losing it all. I wouldn't recommend no one to this place. That's plenty of other places where you can go and spend your money and get treated better and remember your receptionist is the first line of contact so I see why they are the reviews are what they are.

They were $75 each and even though when I went there, I showed them they are online for about 250 for all four of them But the reason I'm buying them for such a place because I need all the bolts and screws that goes with it someone swap that to a non-hydraulic and I'm trying to put it back the way it was. I purchased the car that way so she charged me 220 and it was only for the two front ones after she charged me I figured that out I said that's fine and they do not let you see the part before you take it off. You have to pay for it and then if you don't like it, they refund you the money. The guy brought the shots and one of them is damaged so they said OK will charge your only for one so they refund the money and charge me for one but then I thought about it it's not worth it to take one. I want it all four of them, but at least if not only two I cannot take one. I won't do me any good so I asked for a refund for the other one at that time. It was a guy at the window so he said bring everything back which is talking about the screws because he knows that's what I need the most and I'm pretty sure they will throw that in the garbage so I did and I asked them for the screws and I told him I pay you 20 bucks for them even though they're not even worth anything and they are going to throw them in the garbage he says no I wasted my time driving 45 minutes ago and 45 minutes back paying tollway and gas and on top of that I got a red camera ticket couple blocks from their place I really don't recommend this place not even to an enemy, even if they do have your part, there's a lot of places out there are more appreciated for your business and at least they have a positive attitude lost about $130 for nothing and you wouldn't give me couple screws that you're going to throw in the garbage for $20
