When I pick the car up after they said the repairs were completed, my car did not feel right and it ran rough when driving it. Soon after, the traction light was coming on and off. I took my car to another auto service shop, they said I needed a wheel alignment. I let the other shop do the wheel alignment. The car runs perfectly now. I went back to this Meineke to get a refund for the wheel alignment that they supposed to have done but it was not. They refused to give me a refund. They said I should have returned the car back to them. I had presented them evidence of paying for another wheel alignment. They refused to be accountable for their mistakes. And to be honest, I was not comfortable in returning my car back to them because I was afraid they would say I needed something else done.

As for the tire rotation i just got my rims painted last fall and they had not a single chip or rash. damaged the center of my rims leaving deep scratches as well as chipped by rims multiple times. blamed it on the machine yet the swirls was only made on 1 rim. both of my from rims are completely chipped from the supposal "fast service" he tried keeping up with. I watched him hit my rims multiple times with the compact as he was trying to put the lugs back not Being careful at all.do not go to this shop if you care about your car. bring your s#it box if you don't mind getting your vehicle damaged. it was at 9am I was the first car there was no reason to rush. Aside from that he was working wearing sketchers and his other co worker was wearing house slides on working on another vehicle. WOULD GIVE IT 0 stars if I could!
