Didn't know how to use a tester for a starter. Held up the line for 20 minutes and people started putting stuff back and walking out. A man by the name of Clint seemed to be the only one with some sense about him having to answer phones while they messed around and continue to put customers on hold in a professional manner but I eventually put my stuff down and left as well so I never got the chance to interact with him as I was rang up. My advice: They should let go of the incompetent employees with room temperature iQ's. Won't be much longer and the place will have a reputation in a town like this.

They installed it…read morecrooked and when I went back to have it fixed they offered to fix it by drilling more holes in it and leaving the old ones open. When I said I wanted a new window/door unit the employee said she would pass on the info to the owner. After two weeks no call, so I called back again and left my info again. It was the same employee as the first time and she had no recollection of who I was and why I was calling. I again stated why I was calling and left my contact info. That was two weeks ago, no call. I have decided to fix it myself. I will never do business with them again, and I will tell everyone I know about my experience.
