Me nor my mother have ever met Rodney but he went above and beyond, even getting a mechanic friend of his to go out with him to help fix the SUV for my mom so she could make it home before dark. I had to send someone else up there to get it and when Mike would not honor the lifetime warranty the person I sent called me. I asked to speak to the salesman. At first said he didn't want to talk to me. Then finally he got on the phone and told me that he would not replace it when the salesman the day before said that he would and just because I didn't know the salesman's name that I talked to he wouldn't do it. I have my receipt and all. I go to advance alot to get my parts over any other parts store. Not anymore!!! This is not the first bad experience I've had with that particular store.

Josh towed it the same day, was very responsive and let me know the tire I thought I needed was not the right one. He said he could order one, but because of it being the week of Christmas, it wouldn't be in until the new year. He told me if I could buy one elsewhere, they'd be happy to put it on for me. Amazon had the fastest delivery time, and they arrived on my doorstep at 11:30am on Christmas Eve. Knowing H&M was closing early at 3 for the rest of the week, I called to see if there was any way they'd be able to squeeze us in. By 1:30 that same afternoon, we picked up our golf cart after paying a very fair price, just in time for Christmas. Josh and his team allowed us to be able to take our family visiting from out of town out to look at lights and went out of their way to not only be super communicative in the process but to make the fix for us when they could have easily said we needed to wait until next week. Highly, highly recommend H&M and will definitely be buying our next golf cart through them.
