They quoted me two. That turned into six weeks. Now, I'm getting lectured by the general manager as to why there's no compensation for the $5000 bill because the Ford system isn't his. And his tech had to stay late because their system was down for a whole week so that meant my vehicle was repaired it just was sitting there for a week because their system was done somehow that became my fault and I was lucky he wasn't charging me for his tech staying late. There are too many options in the area for someone in his position to act like this. He cost Jackie a sell with his lecture... Do yourself a favor just go somewhere else.
