All Around Auto in Socorro sent my dad the WRONG transmission, and instead of taking responsibility for their mistake, they left us dealing with the consequences. Because of their error, my dad had to pay labor costs AGAIN to remove and reinstall the transmission. We were very clear with them that we are financially struggling and simply cannot afford repeated labor charges due to someone else's negligence and yet they pushed forward anyway. What makes this even worse is that it feels like we were given the runaround instead of a real solution. Mistakes happen, but what matters is how a business fixes them. In this case, it felt like "ring around the rosie", endless back-and-forth, no accountability, and zero concern for how badly this affected us. When a shop sends the wrong part, they should make it right, not financially punish the customer for their own mistake. This experience felt incredibly unfair and, frankly, like we were being taken advantage of because we had no other option. I would never recommend this place to anyone, especially if you're on a tight budget or expect honest, responsible service. Save yourself the stress, the money, and the frustration, go somewhere else.

Until I could pay $ 13.00 each to fix them. I needed new tires the steelbelted truck kind. Before covid They were $155.00 ea now $200.00 . Plus He gave me a better price of $140.00 before covid after I paid a much higher price some where else. Someone there remembered me from a year ago and offered me a set of used tires for $200.00 installed . This took alot of stress off me until I can get new ones at the end of the year. They help the elderly people like myself with oil changes if you buy everything yourself. They charge $20.00 cash, no tax no reciet. no trouble., in and out 10 min. Every time i went to a jiffy lube to get a oil change I would come home with an oil leak that wasn't there when I brought my car in. When I mentioned it to them they were very rude and this is jiffy told me I had to go to the car wash and pressure wash off my engine , which the only possibly way it could leak oil is threw the bolt put in wrong. I went there for 10 years, No matter what car I brought in I left with a leak. They do it on purpose so you'll pay them to fix it. So you can imagine my surprise , I have no oil leak and because they've been always courteous and never gouge me and try to rip me off which most of the mechanics in the area do I recommend any elderly people, women especially they are very kind let them know if you're in a bad situation and could possibly get a little done at a time or however they decide to give you the best customer service you will ever have. The towing truck took my car and me to their business. Once there I called the number and 20 minutes later Chris Valdez showed up. He informed me that they had two options to replace my tire. Once I chose it took 20 minutes. Chris was very professional and with great customer service skills.

I never authorized any work and what repair shop in their right mind would start work on a transmission without money down or something in writing.
