All Around Auto in Socorro sent my dad the WRONG transmission, and instead of taking responsibility for their mistake, they left us dealing with the consequences. Because of their error, my dad had to pay labor costs AGAIN to remove and reinstall the transmission. We were very clear with them that we are financially struggling and simply cannot afford repeated labor charges due to someone else's negligence and yet they pushed forward anyway. What makes this even worse is that it feels like we were given the runaround instead of a real solution. Mistakes happen, but what matters is how a business fixes them. In this case, it felt like "ring around the rosie", endless back-and-forth, no accountability, and zero concern for how badly this affected us. When a shop sends the wrong part, they should make it right, not financially punish the customer for their own mistake. This experience felt incredibly unfair and, frankly, like we were being taken advantage of because we had no other option. I would never recommend this place to anyone, especially if you're on a tight budget or expect honest, responsible service. Save yourself the stress, the money, and the frustration, go somewhere else.

She is a senior citizen living on a limited income and works incredibly hard just to make ends meet. She cannot simply go out and replace a vehicle when something goes wrong. After the service, her transmission failed, leaving her without reliable transportation. Based on what we were told, transmission fluid was removed during the service instead of a proper oil change being performed. What should have been routine maintenance turned into a devastating and costly situation for my mother. What has made this even more upsetting is the complete lack of accountability. We have repeatedly attempted to contact the company to discuss what happened and find a resolution, but our concerns have not been addressed. The lack of communication and willingness to help has been incredibly disappointing. Watching my mother struggle through this has been heartbreaking. A simple service appointment has left her facing expenses she cannot afford and without the transportation she depends on. If I could give negative stars I would! My mom took her car in to have them check for an oil leak!…read morethey told her there was no oil leak and charged her $1,400 to do a tune up on the car! She also had them check to see why the check engine light was on and they said it needed a new gas cap and they replaced it! she trusted them and drove it all the way to Arizona only for it to leak oil all over the driveway! And the check engine light is still on!! We took it to the Honda dealer here and come to find out when they did said tune up they did not adjust the gasket correctly and it messed up the spark plugs so now we have to pay to have that fixed plus they broke a hose and fixed it with TAPE!! Oh and there is actually an oil leak which is actually why the check engine light is on but they said there was no leak yet there's oil caked on the bottom of the car! So they did not do anything she asked and the one thing they did so they did incorrectly causing more issues!! DO NOT GO HERE EVER!!! They better refund my mom's money!!!!!
