If I could give negative stars I would! My mom took her car in to have them check for an oil leak! they told her there was no oil leak and charged her $1,400 to do a tune up on the car! She also had them check to see why the check engine light was on and they said it needed a new gas cap and they replaced it! she trusted them and drove it all the way to Arizona only for it to leak oil all over the driveway! And the check engine light is still on!! We took it to the Honda dealer here and come to find out when they did said tune up they did not adjust the gasket correctly and it messed up the spark plugs so now we have to pay to have that fixed plus they broke a hose and fixed it with TAPE!! Oh and there is actually an oil leak which is actually why the check engine light is on but they said there was no leak yet there's oil caked on the bottom of the car! So they did not do anything she asked and the one thing they did so they did incorrectly causing more issues!! DO NOT GO HERE EVER!!! They better refund my mom's money!!!!! read more

Wow! Was I in shock when I went to pick up my car yesterday for a very simple issue, it didn't start, but I knew it was either the battery or the starter, I get a call saying it was the starter, and it had a leak, needed a valve cover? It was going to cost $534 with taxes, of course I was not happy with that cost, but I thought the valve cover and leak sounded like a bad thing, as I was told all of the oil could leak out, so I approved the charges, but when I pick up the car and I actually looked at the breakdown of charges, I was in holy shit shock! As these people charged me $318 for a damn battery! I immediately said to them, you guy's charged me $300 bucks for a battery! Well he immediately says, oh but it's an Interstate battery, the best, I told Roger, my car is 23 years old with 200,000 miles on it, why would I buy a $300 battery for it. I assumed they would do like all other shops that get parts at local auto shops, like I was told they were doing, getting the parts locally, getting a battery from AutoZone is what I assumed. Not an Interstate battery that they have right there in their shop. So I drive off, immediately I feel it pulling back on me, but when I brought this to his attention, he drives it and nothing happens, he offers a $50.00 refund, my son who paid accepts, we drive off, we decide to stop for ice cream, as I'm sitting there, I immediately notice my driver's side front headlight cover is gone! I told my son, look my headlight cover is missing. I know my car like the back of my hand, I notice any and all things with it. So I call them back I said "now my headlight cover is missing", he says hold on let me check, comes back and says "yeah I checked with my technician, and he says he only touched the battery", I said "of course you guy's are going to say that", don't forget there was a leak, but the headlight cover missing is on the same side the battery was changed. After all that, I'd had it, I said, "I'm done", needless to say, my day was ruined, as my car is doing things it didn't do before, and missing something that wasn't missing before, and I'm looking at a battery that costs more than the car is probably worth. They fixed my car in 2023 for similar problem(Heating/Cooling)Had to take it in two weeks ago for valve cover gasket and had just bought spark plugs from Rock Auto a couple days before taking it to their shop , My nephew put in the new spark plugs. Rodger said the new spark plugs were bad and charged me 80$ for four new spark plugs ! Quoted me a price on the job ,then when I went to pay it was 100.00 plus more than what I was told ! Four to five days later driving from the store and my temperature light is flashing and making sounds , pull over open the hood to see antifreeze squirting all over my engine. Call my brother he comes and gets it to stop he follows me to R&R Fleet Service and they are on lunch . Two mechanics pull up and I explain what happened the one said yes I worked on your car last week. The other one calls Roger on his cell phone ,the mechanic hands me his cell phone with Rodger on it ,, Rodger says to me I won't be able to get to your car until next week becaus we are busy. I say ok I will take it home as that's my only vehicle. Rodger says no leave the keys and I will diagnose it myself and call you to tell you what is wrong. That was at 12:40pm at 4:00 pm I call and get the answering machine so I ask my brother to take me down there before they close at 5pm . Rodger said the heater hose went out and I say ok I will take it home , Rodger then says you can't it's taken apart already and all the antifreeze has leaked out. I said my brother just put a gallon of antifreeze in before we drove it over here. Rodger tooky car apart without my prior approval !! Then I was furious and asked how much was that going to be and he said the part was 89$ and I asked how much for labor ? Rodger ignored me so my brother asked him how much for labor ? Rodger looked at my brother and said "It will take me two minutes" so we both assumed there was no charge. Call the next morning and the gal that answers the phone said they are on a test drive I will call you when they get back. A few minutes later my phone rings and it's the gal at R&R telling me to come pick up my car. My brother and I get to R&R to pick up my car and the gal says it will be 257$ I said Fuck You !!! It was suppose to be 89$ plus tax ! She said well with labor and supplies.. I say I'm turning you crooks into the BBB ! She looks at me and says your a horrible person sueing people! I say no I don't use people only crooks that take advantage of people ! They did Not have my permission to tare my car apart!! That's against the law !! Then because I wouldn't sign the invoice (Altho I gave Rodger the 200$ to pay for my car) he said he wasn't gonna give me my key to my car !!! There are Better Auto shops that are honest in Belen!! I know a couple of people who have had similar problems with this company !! It wouldn't let me post without a star rating ... They deserve 0 read more
