I went up there and talked to the head mechanic and he told me that there was a price of $100…read morediagnostics to do that diagnostic test on any vehicle and I said OK and I brought my vehicle up there to get a diagnostics ran on my suspension system on my Dodge ram and then after they got done with the diagnostic test on my truck and without telling me, they charged me $180. on top of the $100. for just running a diagnostic and the truck is still messed up and they're gonna charge me $280 to look at my truck. They wI'll not be used again by me or my family and friends.

Last week I was in a pinch with a broken down car on I-20. I was towed to this location and they…read moreimmediately got me looked at which was a huge relief. Normally, I'm skeptical about mechanics as I've been swindled into unnecessary repairs before. This situation was much different. The mechanic, RG, was very knowledgable and ran thru the possibilities with me carefully. He didn't try to feed me any unnecessary expenses and was honest in how to get me back out on the road. Furthermore, RG and I talked about the more important aspects of life while my car was running tests. He is the reason I am posting a review for the first time on any web site. He was honest, accurate, and very helpful to a person in need. Honest folks are rare these days and you've got one with RG. Thanks man, take care.

She cussed at me when I asked her if she could charge my battery and told me that it wasn't her job and that she was busy. She was too busy paying attention to her phone and talking about what she was going to be doing later in the day. I asked her politely if I could speak with her manager. She proceeded to point over at another lady who was on her personal phone and yelling into it. It sounded as though she was was too busy dealing with some personal matter that I decided it was in my best interest to leave and take my business to another store. Will never come back to this location again and will be warning my friends.

August 24 2022 my friend had a what we thought a slow leak…read morein her back tire -- stopped to get a can of fix a flat something to get her home till she could get the tire fixed Aaron a young male working the front counter helped us first by telling us where to find the fix a flat-- I asked him could he please assist us in how to put it in the tire he said sure he walked us out -- the store was not busy-- he knelt down felt the back part of the tire and said to my friend -- this tire is about to pop and it's all bumped up that she was extremely lucky to not of had a blow out or a wreck! he added he had three years of experience working for a tire place he read off the date of the tire etc and said that if she used the fix a flat not to go far-- asked us if she had a spare tire she said yes but neither of us really know how to do a spare tire safely he proceeded to change the tire put the bad tire in the back of her car-- he did remove his uniform shirt because he said he didn't want to get it dirty-- and told her again to not drive fast and go home and be safe he did all this with a smile and would not accept any cash as a tip of appreciation! i can not express my surprise seeing this kind of customer service today above and beyond this young man went ! thank you Aaron and oh Rileys!
