Had to wait 15 or so minutes for the tow truck, and it took another 5 minutes to get to the location. Get there and the auto body shop portion was closed. Talked to the gas station attendant and he said that he's not affiliated, and that I could call the mechanic. Did so, he came back, agreed to leave car there overnight because blow-out was so bad, it involved having to get new tires instead of a simple patch job. Rich (the mechanic) said no problem, that he can replace the tires the next day and have it ready. Great, I think! Rich calls next day and his estimate was spot-on: $290 for two new tires, parts, labor, and taxes. Oh, but that I need to pay in CASH because his credit card machine is broken. WHY DIDN'T YOU TELL ME THAT LAST NIGHT?! 0-stars for terrible communication, 5-stars for quality work...averages out to 3-stars.

They supposedly "fixed" my car but I had to bring it back 3 times for the same problem, and they were satisfied to make me pay each time for what they claimed they had "fixed" it. When I returned the first time, the excuse was "I only fixed one coil instead of all four. When I returned the second time, Jesus said, "You shouldn't have driven your car to Brooklyn, you should have brought it back to the shop as soon as possible, ...it could be anything, but I did fix it." When I brought it back the 3rd time, for the same problem, then they reported the problem was something else. I am a female in my 50s and I believe these youngsters were giving me the runaround. Consequently, I had my significant other call to speak to them. The bottom line is that they were more straightforward with a male customer, and the report was I "may need to replace the engine." I experienced- dismissiveness, rudeness, greed, and a careless, nonchalant attitude that screamed: "I WILL KEEP YOU COMING BACK EVERY TIME & EVERYTIME YOU COME BACK YOU WILL PAY US WHETHER OR NOT WE FIX YOUR CAR." ***I do not recommend this mechanic shop.***

When I called the…read morelady on the phone told me to come down to pick up the headlight bracket, so I drove almost 45 mins to get there and then the old man behind the glass can tell me if you don't buy the headlight we can't sell you the bracket. It's 2 different parts I don't understand why I needed to buy both part. I end up leaving and I called Honda paragon which was nearby and I should have done this in the first place because the dealership had it in stock for the same price.
