People who call them are told use the land marks of the Dunkin donut and 7 11. which is before them as they are on the right side of the street heading west. IT is a small parking lot and difficult to turn out of back on to the road with a fire hydrant on the street side. Check for their hours. I had card in hand ready to pay and did not even quarm the price) Then the phone rang and he took the call and then procceded to take care of the callers needs. And I waited. And then, I waited. Then when I questioned I was tokd that he had to take the call. Ok. The I asked can he help me. He told me that was why hed had the ladder to climb up and get the item. Then he left the counter and ... I waited. Then, I left, and bought the item at the other close by Auto parts store in Hicksville near Jersey Mikes, - for approximatly 60 dollars less where I was helped right away. Go figure. Guess the powers that be were directing me elsewhere.

First visit today was to get my front license plate installed as my car came up from Florida where there are no front plates required. They must have had a dozen different types of screws and fasteners for this type issue. The team member behind the counter, Jair was an absolute gentleman and guided me to the right choice and then installed it on my car. It's not that I could not do it, Jair just made it much easier for me to get this done. I also had an opportunity to speak with the manager, Sanique. She too is a wonderful person. They all have the same goal in mind.... Serve the needs of their customers. I also had to go back for new wiper blades and again got a new education on all their wiper blades. This is not a new building or auto parts store. The difference was that the shelves were stocked-overflowing with merchandise. Not a very big store but that is not a factor here. The shop was bright and clean with an extremely helpful staff behind the counter. Apparently they do a huge amount of business over the phone as they did not stop ringing. They have an excellent selection of just about everything. They have material from washing and detailing your car to batteries and other major parts. Many are in the stockrooms and behind the counter. I am always happy and impressed when I see a LOCAL store holding the same stock as a major department store and priced the same.
