My car was getting louder and louder. My car is older and foreign so I knew if a muffler was…read moreneeded it could be a problem even getting parts. I was assured that if a muffler was needed, they could modify available parts to solve the problem if necessary. I called, made an appointment within a day or two and was given the good news that I didn't need a muffler. I had a broken bracket resulting in a twisted and sagging system, and a couple of burned out gaskets. I was on my way with a quieter car in a little over an hour. Their staff was on task, very knowledgeable and very pleasant and the cost was very reasonable. This was my first experience with Terminue Brake & Muffler (Bay City, MI) and I can say will be my only repair shop from now on. These guys are the best!
