I haven't been here much in the 5 or so years. Went yesterday to buy an air filter, came home and as it turns out it was the wrong one. - the guy at the counter made a mistake some how. Went back to exchange it for the right one today.. Mr Cruz help me out, found the right one, replaced it for me out in the parking lot and fixed a bad blinker light for me as well. These fucks sold me generic ass battery that died and charged me for a name brand battery ,(I caught it later in receipt when battery died 6 months later) . Keep in mind I placed my trust , bought and just went with it.When I went to get it charged , they said it was bad and I SWEAR on MY LIFE I witnessed the employee slap a round yellow sticker on it with An old date (11/15) and said "sorry warranty expired by a month." And tried to get me to buy a new cheapie again. They did the whole "can't find in the system etc" but somehow with receipt it was proven that they originally jipped me /charged me for a name brand (and gave me a cheapie) and eventually, they gave me a replacement. Only one employee attending a customer with people in line and I'm waiting at the register with cash in my hand. The employee finally yelled at someone in the back to help me. Instead, they go and help the person with questions. Understaffed and inattentive. Drive 3 more blocks over to O'Rielly's on 14th st & Roosevelt Dr. I was in & out in no time. read more
