I took my truck in to get some recalls fixed and an appointed time on Monday. When I got there,…read morethey didn't have any record of my appointment. After leaving my truck there for three days, I still received a phone call. I had called every day for three days and left a message. When I physically went by, I a man in service department. He said he had no record of my message. Then they tried to charge me for $1000 worth of work that they said my truck needed. I took my truck to an independent mechanic who did the exact same review of my vehicle and stated that there was nothing wrong and all sensors checked out. The department said they fixed the recalls, but they would not take any responsibility for what the recalls required service for. So no organization, no callbacks, inaccurate diagnosis, attempting to charge me for services I didn't need., And they wouldn't take responsibility for what they were forced to recall. All in all it was a very disappointing opportunity for Luke Fruia to do something good and honest. I do not recommend this place.
