English/Spanish Review They saved us from melting!…read more My family and I came on vacation to San Jose Del Cabo. A few days in my F150s a/c stopped working. I Found Refrigeración de Occidente, Lomas del sol -Avenida Leona vicario, islas del caribe, online in Cabo San Lucas and thought I'll give them a try. We had no appointment. Its a Shop building on a dirt road, clean and near a main road. I was a little skeptical but the owners daughter, Mrs. Montelongo made us feel very comfortable and confident in their abilities and that it could be done for a good price and in a reasonable amount of time. We are a family of four, with not much for us to do around she asked if we would like to be taken to the mall. They drove us to downtown Cabo to pass time and we put our full confidence in them. Although the problem was a little more extensive and time consuming than i had estimated they kept us informed and made sure we would not be stranded. The technician and shop manager offered to stay after closing in order to finish the job. When done they delivered our vehicle to us, ice cold a/c, happy and proud of their work. We are truly grateful to the team at Refrigeración de Occidente, and wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone who needs assistance with a/c services. Very reasonable and they know their trade! No teníamos ninguna cita. El shop esta añade un camino de tierra, limpie y cerca de una carretera. Yo era un poco escéptico, pero la hija del dueño, Sra.Montelongo nos hizo sentirnos muy cómodo y confidente en sus capacidades y que podría ser hecho para un precio bueno y en una cantidad razonable del tiempo. Filled up the vehicle with coolant, however, within in a few hours it was blowing warm again. I took the vehicle back to Jesse (the owner) the next morning. He determined it was the compressor (my original thought). He (his guys) replaced the compressor with a rebuilt unit. Vehicle was ready the next day at noon and is blowing cold cold air. Very fair price. Jesse; Many Many Thanks. I'll be back in CSL for the holiday's with my family, and would have been in a heap of trouble with the A/C blowing warm air. Great Job.
