They told me I wouldn't lose my place appointment time or place in line (I had the first appointment for the day). I returned 10 minutes later. They had taken in four customers in that time. I asked if I had to Waite on them and was informed NO, I WOULD BE MOVED TO THE FRONT OF THE LINE. THEY LIED! They did every car in order making me wait 2 hours for an oil change. When I brought this to their attention, they just told me it's almost done. No apologies no offer of a customer satisfaction discount, nothing just full charge. Why bother to even make an appointment!? Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.
