They looked around for a bit and could not find it. They then told me they could even find any record of my special order. I explained what had happened two days ago and who had helped me, but the employee did not really seem interested. Why would they choose to argue with a customer about whether or not special order took place? I don't think I will shop again at any O'Reilly's picked a fight cheap car part.

We purchased a brand new 2025 Chevrolet Equinox from Kenny Kent Chevrolet on February 3, 2026. The…read morevery night we purchased the vehicle, the OnStar system would not connect. The salesperson attempted to activate it before we left the dealership and could not get it to work. We were told to contact OnStar support once we got home, which we did multiple times without resolution. We even drove the vehicle back to the dealership on a Saturday (an hour and a half away) to try to resolve the issue, but nothing was fixed. That same night after returning home, the vehicle battery died and had to be jump started. On March 2 the vehicle was taken to another dealership for service and it has now been out of our possession for weeks with no diagnosis or timeline for repair. We have also been completely without transportation during this time. We currently have an open case with GM Customer Assistance and have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. We are simply hoping dealership management or Chevrolet corporate can help get this situation resolved as quickly as possible.
