Elier was great, he was able to get to the car faster than the owner of the car and pulled it out of a tough parking space by himself. Elier delivered the car quickly and impressed me with not only his professionalism but his ability to back the car up between two cars, heck he was better at backing up a car on a wrecker than I am at driving a car. I can pretty much guarantee they will never have what I need in stock. This goes for most of the county, and I'm sick of having to wait or travel for parts because they undervalue their rural stores and customers. Honestly, I can't even say how many sales they've missed from me at this point because of their poor inventory (because I'm always needing parts). Whoever is in charge of distribution, do a better job! Not everyone lives in Tampa and Orlando! Slowly losing hope in the "convenience" of auto parts stores.

I was greeted by Mike and Kevin in the Lake Wales Johnny's Automotive they were very cordial very friendly very professional and they just changed my thinking on mechanics and garages from a zero to a 10. Can't remember whom I spoke to but they said "bring the car in, we'll fix it up!" Well, they did...and refused any money for the service! Perhaps my phone call and touch of frustration in my voice tipped them off to having a bad day. Not that that was their problem! Certainly appreciative, still wanted to pay. So I will.
