Website has a little option for price change alerts. Pricing was way too high and clearly part of the incorrect "market pricing" that dealers use as tool to boost pricing. So signed up for unit to see if pricing settles to fair value. Immediately comes the sales email. Your personal contact. Warn them not to discuss "market price" and do not contact if current price is their mandatory price. So ... next comes a buyers order with the "market price" that was already declined and the two extraneous fees including their prep handling fee. Good bye .... Blocked. Why can a car salesman not offer a true retail experience. Stop the BS and games. Do you buy any other item of value, Perhaps furniture , where they add all these items outside of taxes and come up with a much inflated price ?? And then suggests the market dictates it. read more

These people are not interested in disappointing their customers, for them the important thing is to sell and sell without anything else mattering. I contacted Brandon Huston Sales Manager to buy a 2022 jeep for my son that they had for sale, the price was agreed, we agreed that I would go the following Saturday for the Jeep. It would be a trip of approximately 4 hours from Miami, so I had to do some family and work planning. I also stopped looking at two other jeeps near here in Miami because I had already given my word that I would go on Saturday for their jeep and for me the word and commitment of a man is worth a lot. The day before the trip I checked their website and to my surprise I realized that they had sold it. No one ever contacted me even though they had my information, which disappointed me quite a bit because the communication with them had been very fluid and very kind. I was particularly interested in this dealership because of the good reviews, now I doubt that most of them are real customers... I drove an hour and a half to get my GMC diesel canyon serviced and it was so worth it! Over the phone when I was comparing prices for front brakes, they were so helpful and polite. The GMC dealer close to me gave me a quote of almost $900 to replace pads and rotors on the front brakes. I called my son who has a GMC truck to see what it would cost in Atlanta and where I found out about resurfacing the rotors because there was no way my truck would need to be replaced. Only a few around here resurface and one was in Orlando, which was closer, but their ratings was a 3 not a 5 like Central GMC! I figured I would drive the extra 30 mins for the better ratings and it was so worth it!! They were just as polite and helpful in person. I was scheduled for an oil change and check the brakes. They had the parts to take care of the brakes at that time so I didn't have to make another trip. I save $20 on the oil change and $600 on the front brakes. I don't mind the drive, it was well worth it! I will be back! Central GMC will be the only ones caring for my truck! Thank you for the service and savings! read more

Worst customers service I've ever experienced. Went in for 1 problem twice first fix they charged me over 900, went back for the same issue and they tried to charge me an additional 500. My wife and I have been looking at the Yukon Denali for a couple of year and Glenn Eldridge has answered all our questions and continued to work with us until we purchased a 2018 Yukon Denali in December. They found our dream vehicle about 300 miles away and the Central Team got the dealership to let us have the vehicle. They take customer service to the next level. The purchase was just what we discussed and the process was a very pleasant experience. Every time we go in Brett and Alan usually great us and ask how we like the vehicle. You can tell the upper managers take customer service serious and the service side demonstrates the same customer service. This was obvious with our recent visit to the dealership. We had a vibration problem and had the tires balanced two times at a local tire center. After discussing this with the service manager he indicated they could do a Road Force Balance with a special balancing machine that looks at wheel and tire tolerance then if required align the tire where the low and high spots are matched for optimum balancing. We drove the Yukon home today and the vibration problem was gone. Amazing what the right equipment with trained technicians can accomplish. If you are looking for a dealer to purchase a new GMC vehicle I recommend you give them a try. My experience tells me they will earn your business with fair pricing and the after sales experience will keep you a customer for life.
