So they slapped a tire weight on it and called it a day.. after a few months it continued to get worse, so, again I took it back in and they told me the tires were cupped, and that I needed new tires.. They told me they had them in stock but made it perfectly clear I wasn't getting them without paying.. They did offer me a discount on a new set but in my mind that's not how warranties work... They lined up the vehicle, they mounted and balanced the tires, they literally did everything. it's not like it was at different shops? It's a shame because I've been going there for years and that had to come to an end because they want to save a few bucks?

They didn't even sweep the broken glass out and they broke my electric lift gate by manually putting it down instead of using the button. After noticing the damage I immediately took my car back to them and was at first met by a very nice man but after my car was looked at a different man came out and said he didn't see any damage caused by them and suggested I have looked at by the Ford garage which I did and there was damage and of course the Ford garage and Oesterle's seemed to be working together denying either had done any wrong or suggested it be looked at. I am very disappointed by the job that was done I took my car in to simply have a window replaced and left with damage done to my car which could have easily been avoided if they would have been paying attention or even asked about to use the lift gate. Now on top of having to replace my broken glass I have to replace the motor on my lift gate. If you you are working with different kinds of vehicles now that they all don't have the same function. You clearly damaged my lift gate and knew you told me to have it checked and still did not want to take responsibility for any damage or problems that come out of the situation.
