Their thorough and honest evaluation uncovered a long list of mechanical and cosmetic issues that the dealership failed to disclose -- and ultimately saved me from buying a ticking time bomb. They found replaced front fenders, bumper, and hood with overspray and missed paint areas, missing mud flaps, wheel center caps, and antenna, a broken mirror, and brake pads barely passing at 4/32. Even more concerning were leaking front axle seals, an upper oil pan leak with residue on the lower pan (which requires the engine to be pulled to repair), and two open recalls that hadn't been addressed. Their attention to detail and clear communication gave me peace of mind and likely saved me thousands in future repairs. I drove to the location, and my vehicle had never been moved from the location where I parked it at 8AM. When I walked inside the attendant told me he thought I hung up the phone after being plashed on hold. He then told me that the mechanic did not get a chance to look at my vehicle, they only had 1 mechanic today. After making an appointment on Monday, and they never looked at it. I was so frustrated!! I told the attendant that having only one mechanic was not my fault as I had made the appointment on Monday. He said he could get my key.
