Took my motorcycle to them for a new clutch cable and brake pad replacement. The bars are an OEM option but for some reason I couldn't verify the part number with the manufacturer website or over the phone. The Kustom Shoppe took a measurement and ordered a replacement that was a higher quality than OEM. Absolute pleasure to deal with. read more

After doing a few weeks of reviews and getting pricing I got a really good deal at another dealership. I called this dealership to see what their out the door price would be for a victory. I got a salesman on the line and he told me they sold at MSRP. He asked me the deal I was getting and I told him which was about $2000 cheaper. He told me they do not budge on the price and that victory will not allow that. I told him that six other dealers I spoke to all have lower numbers than him. He got upset and told me he that he would talk to the local rep and tell him that the motorcycle shop that I was going to was doing that because they are not allowed to do that. He said victory says that you're not allowed to to sell it for any price other than MSRP. Basically he is an idiot and just wanted to play hardball. I did not like his attitude nor will I ever go back to this dealership. read more

Hands down the best Victory Dealership In Metro DC Area. Family run, Bernie and Melinda, great people, fantastic service, supports the local community. I have 2 Victory's and they have been serviced at this shop for the last 9 years. I have always had good service and enjoy my visits to this shop both for service and just to stop by. While others may be looking for a cut rate deal on a new Victory. I look for a shop that sells at a reasonable price, honors available discounts, and a shop I know is going to take care of the service after the sale. If you want a shop that does good work, cares about their customers, and are great to deal with go to Victory of Southern Maryland. I had kind of a strange experience with this place. It's located right up the road from where I live and I drive by it most days and can see whatever display bikes they have lined up out front. Well for the last month or so I've noticed a particular used Victory parked out front a lot of days so I stopped in to take a look. I was greeted by a very friendly employee who made some small talk and gave me details about the bike, a 2013 Judge. I asked him his price and he said it was 7K. Fair enough. I told him I'd give him 6K cash right there which I thought was a reasonable opening offer for a four year old bike produced by a brand that just went under. He said I'd have to ask the owner myself. Uh ok, I guess he couldn't find her and tell her my offer, kind of unusual, but no big deal I guess. Now bear in mind this is one of those places that doesn't have actual price tags on any of the machines, which in my experience means that things are negotiable. So I go inside and mill around for a little bit until I was approached by the owner, a pleasant woman who welcomed me to her store. I told her that I had my eye on the Judge out front and that I'd give her six grand for it right there. She looked at me and simply said, and I quote, "No way." That's it. So I just stood there for a second or two before saying, "Ok." Not much else to say at that point I guess, since it was clear that there would be no negotiating going on. Then right before leaving the place, as she was still standing there, I idly asked, "You're asking seven for it, right?" I just wanted to confirm that I'd heard the asking price right, mainly because she had the response of a seller who just received an insultingly low-ball offer and for whatever reason I felt some guilt at the possibility that I caused offense. I mean, I figured if the asking was seven, I'd offer six cash, and maybe we'd meet in the middle at 6500 or so. Worth a shot anyway, right? Or if not, maybe a sentence stating that the price is firm, which is of course any sellers right. In any case, what she said is, "It's eight thousand." A little confused at the price having gone up a grand inside of ten minutes, I told her that her employee said they were asking seven. She said, "Nope", and thanked me for coming into her store. I thanked her as well and left. I kind of feel like a heel for a two star review here because the people seemed friendly enough. That said, I've bought a lot of vehicles from a lot of dealerships, and I've never experienced the boss coming out and upping the initial asking price by fifteen percent after an offer is made. I've considered the possibility that the employee misspoke in an honest mistake, although I distinctly heard him say the words "seven thousand" at least three times when describing what a bargain the bike is. Hey, maybe they'll get 8K for it tomorrow, who knows? If they do, good for them, and I mean that, although I kind of doubt it judging by asking prices on ebay motors and cycle trader.. Or maybe they'll keep hauling that bike out front every morning for a few more months as I drive on past every day. Off topic, but I'd like to express my sympathy to the owner of this dealership, as well as the staff and customers who were adversely effected by the drunken lunatic who recently smashed his car through the side of the store. Un-freaking-believable. I was very relieved to hear that no one was hurt. read more
