Battery installed here on 4/3/26 immediately caused my truck to fail--within 2 minutes it went into…read morelimp mode with 20+ electrical faults. Dealership has since confirmed improper battery voltage caused the damage. Despite multiple visits and clear documentation, store management has refused to take responsibility. I was forced to rent a vehicle and pay for repairs due to their negligence. This has now been escalated beyond the store level. If not resolved promptly, I will continue pursuing formal claims. Use caution--this situation was avoidable and handled very poorly.
