Regarding Service Dept. - Sent daughter to college, truck fully service at home, brand new expensive wiper blades put on her truck, she goes to Parker Ford for an oil change, they change the oil and take off her new wiper blades stated they were worn??? in 30 days, hard to believe, but she's 18 and paid for it. Second visit she came home for winter break, truck fully services by our family Ford dealership before leaving for college all filters were changed, then 5K miles later, took her truck in for a simple oil change, left with a $404.00 bill! They changed oil filters, which were changed 5K miles ago, and also stripped the oil plug! Called to let service dept know and they stated tech was let go a while ago, but nothing but sorry! Our daughter waited for this oil change and never was let know the cost before the work was done, just left with a large bill! Beware sending your college kid there for vehicle work or simply an oil change, bad business practices for sure! read more

We are traveling ( Jan- 2023) in our 1993 Ford conversion van. We experienced brake issues. I called Parker Ford and they got me in at 07:45 AM! They found that both the front and rear brake assemblies were disintegrated! Our van had been in Storage for 3 years. They treated us with kindness and professionalism! They even provided a loaner car at no charge! They had our van repaired at 2:00PM the next day!! I recommend this company to anyone who needs quality vehicle repairs. read more

Super disappointed in this dealership. I emailed them Tuesday and Wednesday to check and see if a certain vehicle was available. I received no response. My husband calls on Thursday and advised the salesman that we live almost 6 hours away and are interested in this certain vehicle, but don't want to take that drive if it's not in great condition. He was advised the vehicle was available and in excellent condition inside and out. Friday rolls around I call and ask to see if a certain vehicle was available, a man answers the phone and I say hello I wanted to see if a certain vehicle is available. The man says sure and all of a sudden the phone is ringing and I get sent to voicemail. Wow.. wonderful customer service. Not. We drive up to the dealership and find the vehicle and start to inspect it. I find multiple scratches/door dings. I find on the back bumper white paint marks. The wheels and nerf bars were rusted, and the wheels were in rough condition. We open up the vehicle, and smoke & mold smell come wafting out. It was terrible!! I tell the salesman wow this smells like smoke super bad and he says "The previous owner was a smoker, we usally just throw some fragrance bombs in there and turn up the AC and that clears that right up". Wow.. so you didn't think to do that before I came? And secondly that is not going to "clear it up", the vehicle will always render that smell. I start to check out the car and the dealership didn't even bother to detail it. They knew several days in advance we were interested and driving 6 hours to come check it out. What type of delearship dosent bother to ensure the car is in detailed when they know a possible buyer is coming? There was no floor mats, the container tray for the middle console was missing, the cargo cover was gone, the cigarette lighter looked to be glued back in with gorilla glue and the glue was visible and leaking out the sides. The hinges for the bucket seats were rusted inside, the leather seats were scratched and ripped and in terrible condition. There was crayon marks on the door, the headliner was stained brown my guess from a smoker or water damage, dirt in the back seat, there was even ashes from a cigarette, and brown sticky liquid on multiple services. The car was in terrible conditon inside. When I brought to the salesman attention the floor mats were gone he acted dumbfounded, ugh you're telling me you've never looked inside this vehicle on your lot? I asked about the cargo cover and he didn't even know what it was. Now I understand this is a Ford & Lincoln dealership so they aren't as skilled with others pre owned vehicles from other makers but this salesman acted completely clueless. You knew this vehicle was in bad conditon and told me otherwise, wasting my time! I ended up spending 13 hours driving, and coming home with no car. I understand this is a business to sell vehicles but a little honesty about the vehicle would have been far better customer service. I would not recommend doing business here. This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced at a dealership. Said car was salespriced at almost $22000! I had the exact same vehicle in Excellent condition and less miles and paid less than what they had theirs priced and bought the vehicle in Jan 2015. read more

We had great service from Ryan in sales, he low balled me on my trade in value but hey i was expecting that so no disappointment, but he knocked off another 700 from the cost, ( I later sold the car for significantly more than the my trade in expectations) ....
