I drove over an hour and a half just to get there, genuinely interested in a 2017 Honda CR-V, and it turned out to be a complete deception. The vehicle had two reported accidents and over 92,000 miles, yet they were trying to sell it for a total of $21,000, when the online price was listed as $14,445. To make things worse, they conveniently withheld the CARFAX report at the last minute. This was a total waste of my time and extremely unprofessional. Honestly, it feels like it should be illegal to do business this way. I don't remember the name of the salesperson who helped me -- he was an older man -- but his manager was also involved in this entire situation. Absolutely unacceptable.

When we left after the test drive, they said they were processing it, and we'd get it on our next visit. Well, I'll never be going back, so no gift card for me. Zero stars, do not recommend.
