Their estimate was several hundred dollars less than what the dealership quoted. They also responded quickly and were the most accessible and accommodating. Weekday-only appointments but I was welcomed to drop off over the weekend. The drive was about 35 minutes from northwest Tampa but worth it. They started and completed my repair a day early! But the guys at the shop helped me out and provided great service. They did not carry the tire but they ordered it for me and it was only took one day. I called the tire shop around 11:30 they said the tire wasn't there yet and called me back an hour later and help me as soon as I arrived the employees were all helpful. At the end of the service they hand out a thank you card with the business info and asking to rate them!

Literally spoke to them 15 minutes prior getting them to confirm they would take the paper quote from a competitor 5 mins away if I came there instead - drove here with a tire out of air just for them to straight lie on the phone to me and then try to say it needs to be $100 more than the price matched quote that I have from a normal tire shop right down the road . I even got a second quote from Dimmitt on the phone incase they wanted a second one that was within $20 of the paper quote I had in my hand - but magically they all of a sudden can only price match $100 over the quote I had - that isn't price matching and that's not what you told me on the phone. Dishonest business and poor way to treat a new customer that moved nearby and would of come repetitively - or at least you could of been honest and saved both of our time and I wouldn't of brought a quote after being told you'd price match it

Recently, after a car wash, I noticed a gash on the sidewall of one of the tires, I probably hit a curb. I had just dropped off my wife at Tampa International Airport and stopped in to see if the tire could be replaced. I forgot to bring the original receipt. I explained the tire status and my situation to the attentive clerk. After looking up my information she instructed me to wait in the waiting area. Approximately (90) ninety minutes later the tire was replaced, renewed road hazard insurance, new valve and tpi installed, balanced, disposal/recycling fee, and the prorated tire was sold to me for a reasonable $125.00. I would give zero based on the UTTER DISRESPECT i was served today. I called the day before yesterday to see if I could drop my car off to have a tire looked at. I needed a patch not a plug through a tiny pinhole in the tread. They said leave your key leave your phone number they'll look at it they'll call you. Awesome. I showed up there to drop off my car amr Austin who is unbelievably the manager was there. He welcomed me with how do I call it shame? That I hadn't spoken to him that he had called me the night before and said that I don't know there were some more instructions I needed to know. And that I had spoken to someone at call center. And I there was somehow more to do than drop off my car and leave. He said, Oh well I needed to speak to you about it. What could you possibly need to speak to me about if you're looking at a tire that needs a patch. I said just look at it and call me and so I left to go to work. I had an co worker waiting to take me. He called me an hour later and told me I needed four tires. I need the alignment I needed brakes and something else and it was gonna be like $800. I did not ask to have my whole car looked at. All I asked was to know if they could fix this tire yes or no. I told them to please call my husband so he would know what was going on and I wouldn't have to explain it to him and also I was at work. So they did. I told my husband before they spoke with him that I did not want to do business with them because this kid was so rude to me first thing in the morning. I went at noon to pick up car and it was completely apart on a lift all the tires off. I went in and asked why it was apart and Austin told me we are waiting to hear back from your husband. I said I didn't ask you to take my car apart. I would like to pick my car up. I need to go back to work. Can I please get my car back? Yeah give us a couple of minutes, we'll get it down. I said OK and he gave me more attitude about the safety of the vehicle. And he started tearing into me saying well you came in here all hot this morning. I said no I just wanted to drop my car off. You told me I had done something wrong calling to make an appointment. I didn't ask you to look at my whole car. I asked for a patch and it was specific and said a patch not plug. One tire. I said I know what's going on with my tires. I know that you can see metal belt. I know that I need brakes that's not what I asked for. Please get my car down and he started yelling at me and talking over me about what what the car needed and it wasn't safe to drive and I told him i heard you, I need you to get my car back now. Austin then informed me , you know that you're being recorded up there right and I said great. I said get my car down please I need to go. He then proceeds, Okay I will get your car down and you're being a fing cunt. I said good. I hope that they've heard you call me a cunt, now go get my car so I can leave. And he said you can go wait outside while I get your car down. I don't want you in my store. And I said you think that i'm going to wait outside in the 90° weather? So you're more comfortable? No please get on it, I did not come in here today for the lady by herself special. He went into the back and started ranting and swearing at all the employees. Creating another toxic situation in the repair area. I don't have time for 24 yo boy who treats possible customers with shame distain abuse, and or antagonize them. i will reflect back what they are serving. He should write a formal letter of apology. Drove there on a spare on '19 and was rudely told after waiting 15min in the lobby that they "could not fit me in today" after telling me to come in earlier and that it would be no problem. They had my number and could've easily called to let me know, but decided a customer isn't worth that courtesy. Went to the Goodyear next door and got a great deal and very timely service. Will not be coming back to Precision!
