Came in without an appointment due to finding a bolt in my front tire. They started on the repair right away, doing it the right way by totally removing the tire from the rim and patching the tread from the inside out with a plug. They then remounted the tire on the rim and rebalanced it. When there I noticed they offered nitrogen fill in tires, which I have had good luck with in a couple of other vehicles - where for over a 4 year period each of those 2 cars tires never lost air, while other cars I have had required refilling twice or more a year with temperature changes. So they did that too at an acceptable price. While in the waiting room, I noticed they helped out many other people in a knowledgeable, friendly way. Net, a quality shop, fair pricing (not cheapest but fair) with skilled mechanics and good explanations of what they were doing has sold me that now I have found a local shop when I need more in-depth mechanical work or new tires! Mary and team are outstanding. My 16 year needed a front end alignment because his Accord was pulling hard to the right. We have purchased a couple sets of tires from them ion the past so I sent my son in there. He was paying for it out of his pocket and knew it might be close to $100 for tire rotation and alignment. He was very surprised when the team checked alignment , it was fine. They rotated and balanced a tire with a cost of $20 total. He called and told me and we were both very happy. The moral of this story is you can Trust Mary and the team at this good year to shoot you straight and give you what you need. I believe there are other companies out there who might have taken advantage of a young man and charged for an alignment when it wasn't needed. That's why I am trusting any future business to Mary and team at this Goodyear store. Excellent job. Oh and my son has $80 in his pocket, he's the big winner here. First time checking this place out, and I love it! Came in for an oil change, new air filter, and had a screw on my tire. They fixed my baby right up and I left feeling like she was brand new again. They didn't give me the run around, or try to tack on a bunch of things I didn't need. The lady who spoke with me knows her stuff, very kind staff and they dont try to trick you, steal your money or make you feel stupid for not knowing about cars. The lobby and waiting room are very clean, with some magazines, a tv, a couple of childrens toys and books and a zephyrhills water cooler. I recently came To this Goodyear store for a new set of tires and just yesterday returned for an oil change. Both visits I was able to have service in the same day! Mary, the owner, is so knowledgeable and extremely efficient in choosing the best tires for my vehicle at the best price for my budget. She also, in laymen's terms, explained when oil should be changed depending on the type of oil in my car. I especially appreciated Mary's diligence in protecting my health (since I haven't been able to get vaccinated yet) by requiring masks and providing masks to those customers who have forgotten that masking is the courteous thing to do for the public. Came in for an oil change for a VW Beetle. Staff was professional and helpful and took care of everything that needed to be done. I was surprised to learn that the beetle needed a specific type of oil and filter which made the price higher but if I had gone to a cheaper place, they would've just done the cheapo job and I'll be paying for it later. My experience here was terrible. I brought in a $10 off coupon to combat the high price of an oil change and tire rotation which cost $37.00 for synthetic oil. I was told that I could only get $5 off because my car takes 1/2 synthetic. So, if the price of the regular non synthetic oil change is cheaper why do I get charged the full synthetic price and allowed less on my coupon? Ok fine, I'm here, I need an oils change let's do it. 30 mins later "Mary" comes out to up sell me on some additives, I thank her and decline. Mary then mentions that I need 4 new tires. My car has 25,000 miles, the tires have plenty of tread, so again I decline. Then Mary tells me that they will not rotate my tires because of the wear. So I was going to pay $32.00 for a 1/2 basic 1/2 synthetic oil change? No, I asked her to take my car off the lift and left. I won't be back. read more
