The shop had his…read more'57 Chevy for 2+ years and all that was accomplished was the truck had been taken apart, minimal sanding and one or two places on the truck were painted very sloppily. When I finally got involved and started making JR accountable for the work not being done, I was met with a terrible attitude and excuses. After we picked up the truck (in all its pieces) JR gave my husband's number to some random customer because he thought the other customers part(s) may have been put on the trailer with our truck!!! Unprofessional is such an understatement but it applies to every aspect of how this shop and its owner operate! I would NEVER take another car here and would HIGHLY recommend using a reputable shop because whatever work JR does will have to be redone costing you more in the end!!! Spend the extra now on a reputable company or spend it later to have the job redone if you take something to JR's shop.

I shouldn't say everyone is the problem at this place, while I was waiting they had to fix a problem with Steve's work after he had spent 2 hours doing a new tire install to fix it. I wish I knew the tech's name who corrected it, but I do not. I guess my biggest problem is that Steve said he was taking his break and lunch right after he finished screwing up another clients job. He was gone for like an hour and 30 minutes. Believe me I know hard working people deserve their breaks, but when you do poor work, not so much! Everyone I dealt with was extremely polite and helpful, Steve might be your weak link. I hate doing this but it needs to be fixed. If you hate your job and think you are underpaid move on. There are 100 people who want and respect the job you currently have Steve! Do better and quit complaining about your mistreatment! You are a fine young man who needs to work harder and quit complaining. I'll pray for you Steve, that you understand Walmart is paying you a good wage to do your job! If you think you are above that move on and let someone else fill the position you take no pride in. These are just my thoughts take them or leave them!
