However, the shop went above and beyond to make things right: they stayed open past their closing time to finish the job so I wouldn't be without my car overnight, and they kindly provided rides to and from the shop. The mechanics were excellent at that time. However, something happened a few years ago as the people changed. Prices went up quickly and it made me feel the recent change of employees was the issue. The last time I went there, I had an oil leak - after the oil change. I told them about it, had to take it back and they said it was not an oil leak and all they had to do was tighten up the lid. However, when I took my car to another auto shop to clean the headlights, they found an oil leak. They fixed it and did it the right way. This particular incident made it clear to me that Yost had no intention of fixing my vehicle correctly. That made me very angry as I spent thousands of dollars in the past. I have stopped going there. I would never recommend their services to anyone.

What is unacceptable is that the wheel lock key was in the glove compartment, and no one made any effort to contact me to ask about it. When I asked why I was not contacted, I was met with hostility rather than accountability, as though the issue was my fault. Clear communication and basic customer service were lacking throughout this visit. I would not recommend this location based on my experience.
