Supposedly their system messed up and didn't include taxes. And they knew about the issue, but didn't seem to care nor took the time to double check the sheet to make sure it was correct before giving it to me. Would I have purchased at that price? Hell no. No apology, nothing. The salesman (Collin) didn't offer any information about the vehicle at all. I got everything from CarFax online. Didn't even try to sell it to me, was very impersonal. I asked about getting a roof rack and he said we could buy one, the van had one already! Seriously. They didn't disclose a serious chemical spill in the vehicle, we are now stuck with a vehicle that makes us nauseous and gives us headaches. Laundry soap EVERYWHERE in the carpet. I have never regretted a vehicle purchase or encounter with a dealership so much in my life. Stay the hell away!!!!

I had asked my own mechanic in the Milwaukee area what he would charge and he said in the neighborhood of $150. I asked Cory at TC Autoworks what he would charge and he said $45. Of course, I told him to go ahead with it. The job did not take long as I knew it wouldn't. Even so if you don't have the right tools you would not want to attempt this repair. When it was done I had to get going because other people were waiting so I asked Cory to write up the bill. He looked at me and said, "You know what, that job didn't take very long so there will be no charge today." I was shocked. When did you ever hear those words from a auto mechanic? I thanked him and I want to thank him again for that here. It's the least I can do to write TC Autoworks a great review. And, btw, I will stopping in here again anytime I'm passing through Richland Center for additional repairs to my car..

Drove almost 4 hours to look at a truck at this dealership and Had an appt. Truck was not washed…read moreon the outside, then when we drove it something was wrong with it. Was told a tech would drive it and check it out. Was then told tech could not feel anything wrong with it. All 4 of us could tell, but the tech could not. Instead of admitting problem, they denied it. The salesperson was not helpful in any way. It's as if they could care less if they sell anything. Planned on buying and driving home with the vehicle instead trip was a bust.
