I don't know the difference between all the auto parts stores but weeks earlier I first stopped at an o'riley because it was close. The man in o'riley told me there was no part in the computer for it so they must not make one. The year of the vehicle was 2017 I just simple couldn't accept that it couldn't be replaced. When I came in to this location the man said It's not in my computer system but I'm sure we could find something. He then went out to my vehicle and took my blade off and went through all of his parts until he found one that worked. Even opened up a few and tried them on to check if they would work. Now I know it's not a big sale, but the time and effort this man gave me,I felt, was above and beyond. I will make it a point to shop at this location no matter how many other auto parts stores are closer. My only mistake was not getting this man's name so that I could give him credit in this review. I hope he reads it and continues to work like he does.

Please read. I could be writing a review about how disappointed I was in Phantom Auto Works…read morecustomer service and giving a one star review, however, it is just the opposite. I made an appointment to have some work done on my truck. After an hour drive I arrived to find out that the parts needed for my truck were never ordered, therefore the work could not be done. Disappointed and frustrated I would have to take a day off work to have the work done in the future, not an ideal situation. However The front man Levi owned up to the ordering error, which I respect, and was very concerned making it right for me. He rushed to order my parts and the work was completed the next day. At the end of it I realized that you don't find too many businesses nowadays that take the blame for the mistake and are concerned about making the customer feel satisfied. Hats off to Levi and crew. I will pass along my experience to those in my neck of the woods.

I have been looking for a local truck shop forever and I didn't even know Phantom Auto Works…read moreexisted until I saw one of the employees driving their Line-X truck around. I spoke with the driver, Levi and he told me all the things they offer. He was very knowledgeable and great to speak with. I since scheduled my truck to have a tonneau cover installed and was very pleased with the customer service and quality of the installation. I will definitely be bringing it back for other modifications!

My salesman, Marc Beckett was very knowledgeable about all the different trucks Ford has to offer and explained all the options within the different models and the financing details. He made me feel at ease and got me into a nicer truck than I had even anticipated. Marc definitely made a life long customer of me. I have two sons which will be driving in a few years and without a doubt, I will be going back to Donnell Ford. She had pre-approved financing and had checkbook in hand. We test drove a used 2017 Fusion, liked it and made an offer $500 below the asking price. The dealer declined the offer and steadfastly stuck with the advertised price, offering to include an oil change. No other counter offer was made. She declined and we left. Two days later, the dealer contacts her and states that they believe some sort of deal can be had, as both sales managers are on the floor (whatever that means). She repeats her offer made two days prior. They AGAIN say they cannot meet it and make no counter offer. The price remains as advertised. We noticed the same day, the advertised priced INCREASED by approximately $200!! Up to that point, it was just a matter of a failed negotiation however, calling her back and suggesting that a deal can be made, only to AGAIN offer the car at advertised price really angered her. A week later, they reduce the advertised price to EXACTLY the amount offered by my significant other . The dealership never bothered to call her back to close the deal. She ultimately purchased a used 2018 Fusion from a small PA Lincoln dealer, one model year newer with 8,000 fewer miles and for less money, at a lower rate in what turned out to be one of the best car buying experiences she had ever had. Ultimately, things worked out for the best. To say that I am disappointed with Donnell Salem is an understatement. I am embarrassed for having recommended this dealer to her.
