But Leslie helped me and WOW. Professional, informative, courteous, intelligent, and wasn't your quintennial "sleezy car salesman". I'm actually impressed with her level of decorum (BMW has no such thing). I spoke to the Manager, Joe Franco (don't get confused with James Franco, yet he was just as comical) and he was a down-to-earth dude that really listened and resonated with my wants and needs. Whoever owns this dealership, give Leslie and Joe a raise, because i usually bitch and complain to no end, yet here I am with no complaints. Good peoples. 5 stars. I took my car to get looked at. They charged me $480. What I was told and what the receipt says they charged for two injectors and one spark plug but when I paid the guy that they replace one set of spark plugs, and replaced two injectors. So now fast-forward, my car is having the same issue and somebody else now looks at it and guess what they didn't replace anything that all the spark plugs were old. They all looked rusted. So the mechanic replaces all the spark plugs and all the coil boots. My car is running so good now better than when they gave it to me cause when they supposedly fixed it, it still was shaking a little bit now it's quiet as a mouse. So I go to Jessie's to complain about it and ask for a refund but now they tell me why didn't I the car back to them, Oooh cuz it stopped in Edinburg and how was I going to get it to them. So now he goes on to explain that the work done was electrical & they replaced some wires none of that was told to me when I initially took my car in and none of that reflects on the receipt. So the guy is trying to explain it to me so of course I called the mechanic that just finished working on my car on speakerphone cause I wanted to hear the explanation. So what does the guy do? He walks away with my phone so I can't hear the conversation which is kind of shady to begin with! Moral of story. Do not take your car to Jesse's. They're just going to rip you off!! So take my $480 lesson ladies DO NOT take your vehicle to Jesse's in San Juan if you do ask for an itemized detailed receipt of what was done and a price breakdown and cross your fingers. If I could leave a zero review I would!!!

Do not trust this dealer to work on your bikes…read more If you buy one from them find a different shop to check it over Took my tiers to them as there are a bmw motorcycle dealer and repair facility they charged $140 in Mont and balance 2 brand new oem tiers on my wheels. I waited there took them almost 2 hours to do it once they gave them back I saw the old valve stems where there still called the Tex he said they where good no need to replace them. This is new for me when I put new tiers on at discount tiers the always replace the valve stems for safety reasons remind you my tiers where 6 years old. This is why I was replacing them since I was going on a bike ride to Mexico and didn't want any problems well in the middle of our ride in the mountains in Mexico the valve steam on the rear let go caused lose of control and damage to the bike and I had to buy a new tire down there as the closest tire shop was over 15 kl away try to air it up and make it hold with some tape as a last ditch evert trying to save the tire a bit but no luck and with no cell phone service it was not a good situation. Well once I got home I reached out to the dealer later in the day they started to text me like they where going to do something but then they just started ignoring my message I have try to call just to get out on hold with no response not I'm left with the bill for a new tire and the repair bill to my once pristine bmw bike due to there neglect and poor judgement I have try to work this with the Quality but as all can see in the screen shots. They don't want to and do not care about there customers what's makes things worse I was about to buy a 2025 BMW K 1600 Grand America but not not if this is how they treat there customers I love my bmw r1100 rt can't say much for the local dealer
