They actually gone beyond my expectations. I have been busy at work and out of town on vacation but they have managed to stay in contact with me by calling and emailed constantly in regards to getting my ordered taken care of. I hope you will give Autohance a chance as I will be giving them my future business and referring all my friends and family to them.

She wears glasses, don't know her name. She has no customer service techniques/ability and doesn't try to help at all, she's aggressive when speaking with customers and have an attitude problem. This place needs a shake-up. I'll never shop here again because of her and it's not the first or, second time I've experienced such unprofessional service from this particular individual. I was this close :-( on blowing off on her. She even went as far as to tell another customer she doesn't change wiper blades that's not her job and there is a big sign on the front door that states the opposite. Maybe Advance Auto is to blame because they haven't trained their employees properly or she's just as lazy as a crab. The place is never stocked (btw) and is understaffed, I had to settled for mediocre car oil because Mobile 1 wasn't available and I just didn't have the time to go elsewhere because I had only one day off that week and was trying to cram everything into it. It even gets worse, there are no parking here, or shall I say insufficient. Please note, I have no problem shopping with Advance Auto, however, this location has reached its climax. Head straight to the register and there is a guy there Chanda or Chandra something talking to a young lady and they are both behind the counter. The dude absolutely did not acknowledge us! Like that's crazy. So my friend said hello good morning and the guy didn't even say pardon me excuse me like bro we standing directly in front of you for 2-3 minutes while you chatting like come on. Anyhow he brought the battery from the back at a certain point n it was all dirty n dusty n my friend said why is it so dirty. The guy said that's how it comes- but then another employee walked up and wiped down the battery with a rag which was nice. But why weren't we treated with fast attention and courtesy????? I really wonder.

NY Sound & Audio is Highly Recommended!!!!…read more UPDATE....... So I put the past and misunderstandings behind me and went back to NY Sound & Audio and they made things right. They welcomed me back with open arms and gave me the royal treatment. Anyways, They replaced a my blown subwoofer along with a cable head connection thingy and installed it at a reasonable price and in such a short time. I must be honest, I've always loved the quality sound they initially gave me and now it sounds even better!!!'
