Magnificent customer service! Trying to get an inspection around 5:30pm in this area is tragic. I got turned down from 2 other car shops before walking into Dudley. By the time I got to Dudley's I was a little frustrated. So I just asked "what time do you close?" He said 6pm and I walked right out. As I was getting into my car, I heard someone calling for me. The man came from around the desk to my car to ask me what I needed. I told him an inspection and he told me that it could be done. About 15 minutes later, my car was pulling out of the garage. Thank you for taking that extra step to come and ask what I needed after I walked out. It was highly appreciated as it was very close to your closing time. read more

Have this 2000 G20t that always kept giving me problems on the road. Had countless mechanics take a look at it and would say it's one thing but the issues never stopped. Took it to Dudley's and him and his crew ended up solving that problem within that day. Right there I was sold. Came in with my 04 X5, Dudley showed me what parts needed to be fixed, not random parts that would be expensive and wouldn't solve the issues, now I feel like I got a brand new X5. How many mechanics you can say are honest, thorough, friendly and professional all in one? Sad to say, but there isn't that many out there with all those attributes. Came in to fix a squeal my car made every time I started it. Took it to another place prior. Unfortunately as good as that person was, they could not fix the squeal after bringing the car in multiple times. Dudley's took care of it the first time out and also pointed out a safety issue with my hood, which I knew was "a little loose". Noticing the danger in it, Dudley could not contact me by phone, so he went to my house to try and let me know about the safety repair and the cost. He was honest about the issue. I personally knew something was wrong but not the extent of it. He showed it to me to inform me. The car was ready in a good amount of time. This shop has a good team. I appreciate their work and the fact that they took the time to come on out to see me when they could not contact me. That squeal is gone. Hood is solid. Great mechanics. Paid $440 dollars to get my driver side window fixed because it wouldn't roll up. A month and a half later the same issue happens again and that's when i took it back to Dudleys auto repair to get fixed so i drop my car off and head to work. Long story short he then calls me and tells me it's the control panel and I'd have to pay an additional $325 to get the issue fixed. I told him I'd come pick up my car the next day. He then advises me at 2pm that they close at 3. So i sent a friend to go pick it up and the garage was closed by 2:40pm. Dudley is a con artist and rip off I would never use his auto repair again. Don't get ripped off just go elsewhere. read more
